"Repurchases of shares (investment protection):
We are ready to buy back all coins (shares in the company) bought from us at any time in any rounds of share offering at the purchase price. Thus, there is no risk of losing your investment. ..."
In this section there is something, but I dont know how to interpret. May be Dev can explain.

In my opinion what that part would like to tell is that even if the price from round to round is different, you get the same amount of money you spent by buying the action that you are going to sell.

in my opinion is better if you take care of your own coins
we never FUD and TROLL to other coin
we already spent the money for advertising
or maybe if you can find the coin which we can get stake and dividends in $,you may tell us (me)..i'm ready to join or buy that coin  Smiley

Repurchase of shares by the company:

1. The company guarantees 100% investment protection only in case of direct purchase of shares from the company.
The reason for this is simple - only in this case we can track how many coins at what price were sold and who has bought them. And return the funds of the investor in full when they are being sent back to the company.
Also note that when using repurchase option You cannot get more money than you spent on the purchase.
Investment protection does not mean profit.

Anyway, all these issues are resolved individually and repurchase price of each shareholder will be different.

2. Repurchase of the coins that were bought on the stock exchange is possible if their origin is not in doubt and it is also possible to determine the approximate purchase price.

3. In the case of Marco both of these conditions are fulfilled.

I looked and found the following entries:
~ 85K were bought at the price of the 1st round or lower (it is impossible to determine exactly).
Another ~ 40k were purchased for ~10,400 Satoshi.
The remaining ~ 15K - at a higher price.

So fair price offer for the remaining part (which is 88k) should be 8200 Satoshi. AMBER that has been bought at higher price has been sold at a higher price already.

I am sure that many of our shareholders will be glad to buy some AMBER at this price. Just make an offer!
If some AMBER will remain, the company is ready to buy back all the remainder at 8200 Satoshi.

P.S. Want maximum guarantee - buy directly from the company. Want to get a better price (and therefore ROI) - sometimes you can achieve this by buying at the stock exchange.
Remember that you always have the opportunity to choose the right balance between risk and ROI.

Thanks for the explanation. I think it should be also be written in the right section of Amber's page.
I have one more question: if somebody gives you proof - print screen from the exchange, that shows at what price and how many coins were bought, will you honour it? Exchanges are the official channel, via which Amber Trade sell Amber coins.

You can also show your buys as a print screen from the exchange. This is official policy od Amber Trade to sell via exchanges - we were inform every time another part was sent.

If company buys back the coins it should be from last finished price now its 16700 so it should be 14600

That would make no sense.

To take advantage of company buy back, you need to have purchased from the company directly so that they have proof of the price at which you bought your coins.

It is a great deal because if you buy your coins at 16,7k sat, you can stake them which gets you free coins, then you can also register your wallet so you can get dividends for as long as you want, and then at any time you can get your initial investment back.

However, like I said, the only way that could work would be if you bought from the company so that they would know how much you paid for your initial investment so that's why they have that policy.

another dump - to 12k - that looks bad  Sad

Yeah, sorry, that'd be mostly my fault. I'm the shareholder that needs to sell off shares (personal reasons). Been trying to do it slowly believe it or not, but 140k shares don't go unnoticed apparently. Don't need to sell them that quickly, open to suggestions on minimizing impact.

Thank you so much  Cheesy My wallet is happy)

I hope: "We are ready to buy back all coins (shares in the company) bought from us at any time in any rounds of share offering at the purchase price." means, that ber Trade can buy at the proce from the last round. In this case #4 (14600). If there will be more shareholders that would like to resell they coins, than 500k AMBER, the rest will be executed with the price from round #3. It's logical, but must wait for the official stetement of AT.

In order to take advantage of the buyback you have you have bought your coins directly from Amber-Trade. That's why Ambercoindev recommends that everyone buy their coins this way.
