I was thinking, What will happen if Ambber placed on the market such as the BTC-E or Huobi.
BTC-E is a universal market, while Huobi is a msrket that based in china where traders there the majority of Chinese people are very active

i don't want to think too high
its hard to get both exchanges

a long time ago i have contacted and make comunication with YUANBOHUI

for one months i make massive comunications with them and they agreed for adding AMBERCOIN on their exchange
but Unfortunately  there is no deal between YUANBOHUI and AMBER TRADE
until now I don't know what the cause is so going disagreement

by the way about keylogger that stole Amber, if you need Antivirus, I have Norman Antivirus (Norman Endpoint Protection) with serial key but my Norman Antivirus is not original Smiley
I can give to anyone for free  Smiley
if you are not believe me, you can download trial installer in norman official website, and I just send you a serial key

why people click on spam links in mail?
3 years no anti virus and my pc work fine... im most time downloading crack games and films.. from torrent and never got problems.. (4-5tb not gb!)

PEOPLE STOP CLICKING ON ALL SHIT Sad ONLY WHAT U KNOW!

i have ~ 2000 unread e-mails^^ if i know a e-mail is coming to me what i need i go to hotmail.. but dont read the other shit^^ because u can be sure noone will send u a email (in crap english/german) that u won that and that.. u must only click here: AND BUMM VIRUS^^
In this case, poor shareholder installed another wallet with keylogger, but you are absolutely right.
I use pools as wallet and later exchange. AMBER wallet is exception.

I found cheap USD60 Raspberry Pi 2 with plastic box, needs only 4GB+ SD-card and 5V micro-USB power adapter/USB cable. Debian based OS https://www.raspbian.org/ seems quite trustworthy to me. Staking machine + video player from local LAN NAS... Let's see.
In long timeframe AMBER can go up to 1:1 to USD and even much-much more, worth to write trojans, delayed attack modules etc. After AMBER success there comes more and more companies that use the same type share management - it is WORTH to write trojan today with sleep time 2, 3, 5 or something years to get all these wallets, coins, shares... Smiley
I'm prepared, with dumb, outdated microcomputer and OS, without input, with output to the LCD only Smiley All this for 10k AMBER dividends Wink
I let know how Pi works.

@pokeytex, every computer could be hacked; in order to reduce the risk you can: use other than windows systems, have the newest antivir, don't open the unknown mails, don't install unknown programs, stay offline Wink, etc

Over 80,000 Amber were stolen from one of our shareholders recently.
So presumably almost all sell orders below 16,700 sat are from there.
Could you tell us how the AMBER were stole: i mean from private computer or from an exchange?

i never heard about this,.
when and how this happens,..?

From private computer.
Most likely a keylogger because wallet was encrypted.
That's all I know.

Ok - now I am a bit confused.  Does that mean someone installed malware or a virus and got access to this persons machine from the internet or someone personal hopped on their machine and used a key logger to access his/her wallet?  If I take my wallet to an offline computer that accesses the internet only to stake say 2-4 hours per day will that affect my shareholder status?  Please advise.

I know who it was stolen from and confirm it was a keylogger from another wallet
I have some questions...

1. Is (AMBER) wallet.dat universal format? Can I just copy it from Windows machine and put to Linux machine? Even with ARM processor instead of i386/a64?

2. Do Linux wallet itself needs a GUI, Gnome/KDE/something? Impossible to use Debian/Ubuntu minimal install for example?

EDIT: I think something energy efficient like Cubieboard, Raspberry etc which works with stock Linux like Debian/Ubuntu from official repo and I can put my "stacking machine" away, to some locker. And it reports every day by mail system/wallet critical data.

Last year I had a TON of coins stolen from me and let me tell you, now I take security SERIOUS. Basically I bought a new laptop that I ONLY use for staking coins. I'm really sorry for that guy that lost all that money because I know what it feels like. I'll never forget when I turned on my computer, opened my wallet and saw the balance was ZERO. I was like, what.....what.....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, my advice is to store your coins on a computer that you don't use for anything else, and for God's sake don't click on porn links or casino links or whatever on the same computer that you store your coins!
