I agree with  flame1012 on this. The same happened in the cointellect.com ponzi scam. They told us, that they had big hashpower, but it came out, that they were faking real hashpower and giving out money collected from investors to other new investors, for luring them into the ponzi system.

The only facts we have at hand are being provided now by Airwolf, he has the balls to take action and not sit and wait for Doomsday to come. Even if i have not much shares as him, i am with him. And i think, that we really should take action legally, after finding their real life identities out.

"Friedcat kidnapped" could just be a story to put us off for winning time, in order to escape of this. Telling nonsense stories and giving hope, is just some tactical maneuver, that Ponzis or Scammers use to win time to escape the critical investors they betrayed.

Havelock, Asicminer and Rockminer are also responsible to this case too, and legal action should also be started for them. Havelock has hidden valuable info from us, and did not open up the trading market, so it seems that Havelock is somehow in contact with them and taking orders not to open the trading market.

Asicminer and Rockminer are all operating for other assets as we heard from users here. They can't turn their backs to AMHASH, they are responsible too, because it is a joint venture of them.

It has been clearly stated, that all shares will be bought at the IPO price, so they should stop telling us lies and at least give us our moneys back at IPO price!

EDIT: I am a government official in my Country, and i will start also legal action via the ambassador of my country for China and Panama, if this problem is not beeing solved.

Havelock has nothing to do with it. They are just a platform selling amhash products.
It is Rock and Asicminer who are responsible for the loss.

That firm providing BTC related services and we are claiming they are stole our BTCs right? (if government do not accept BTC as a valuable asset, stealing it has no meaning in court right?) or are we going to claim they are not complaining the renting agreements. PS - Puppet's thread is his ranking on whether a cloud mining operation is a Ponzi or not. He probably should have chosen a better word than "legit", but not being a Ponzi definitely does not preclude being a scam.

Looks stupid but according to my friend it is legal to produce mining equipment but mining BTC and using it illegal. Neither Asicminer, nor Rockminer, Amhash and Havelock seems in control of anything.
Theay all kept vital information secret from us for months and still have not come with a serious,
convincing detailed explanation and what measures they will take as responsible entities.

They act like they are 3rd persons observing whats going on from the outside, as if they have nothing to with all this.

Some dude called FriedCat has been announced as the escape goat.
Only he knows what's really going on but he disappeared by coincidence.
These so called "companies" think they will escape their responsibility by telling such naive lie, but I doubt any of us fell for this.

Some person says Amhash left their office. This is also suspicious and we can't be sure whether it's fact or a joke.
Amhash stopped communicating since that day btw.

Havelock's announcement is nothing else than rephrasing what we already know.
Amhash has paid the holiday dividends to investors on their website, why are they not paid on havelock?

Whatever they have expressed so far is only confusing and disappointing.
It's obvious that this stinks like rotten eggs.
