Apparently there is some kind of criminal record there. I spent enough time on this shit. Since he opted to fuck us all over, seems fair to make sure he is ruined. His name will stay ruined until he makes this right. All of this can be undone if he only does the right thing. All his blahblah talk with no action will keep him in this state. This is what he will be remembered for.

Thought I would add he is still on twitter twittering. Looks like he is attempting to SEO his image clean and whitewash what he has done here. It all looks automated.

Apparently his real name is Tyler Lummis or Loomis. Phin/Gleb met the guy and in doing some digging found that guy. So likely its him. At this point its a safe bet we won't be seeing our money unless the feds intervene. They might be taking action, but we don't know the details if they are and until the make a press release about it.

Eh hard to say...if so not in the US. Or any english speaking nation. Likley he is operating under an alias company elsewhere just to hide the fact its AMT. He did say he would consider doing such in the chat leaks.

At this point whatever. I will write this off as a loss. I am of the opinion that he is not going to pay anyone back nor ever had the intention to. The writing is on the wall.

Curious if there have been any new developments in the whole AMT saga. Anyone find out anything new? Looks like until the 14th or so AMT has a lawsuit to respond to. At this point just looks like more stalling. There was some November date Josh mentioned that has come and gone.

Anyone know anything new? Besides "Joshua Zipkin"'s obvious involvement in "Silk Road"?

It was not hard to track once the amounts paid to AMT via bitpay were tracked from bitpay to the wallet used to store the btc. THen following that trail to one time use wallets. Details in the post above.

I did get the miner I ordered, but at the time of delivery it was worth $899. There is no way that makes everything even when I sent AMT $6,000 a year before. Let's not forget all the BTC income as well. Perhaps law enforcement is making sure they have all the bases covered first. AMT talked about giving refunds, but that's all it ever is. Talk. Someone else will have to take action for them to move at all.

Had anyone had any luck, suing, reporting, anything from law enforcement/lawyers??

I ordered two boxes and only got one delivered, never mind that i will never make my money back on the one that did got delivered.
From my perspective, they still owe me one box (or refund).
