AMT,I am your client since Nov 12 of 2013 and I didn't quote anyone you mentioned here.

I almost 2 days a time ask for an update. I sent orders/sales/Jim and Alyssa emails. I believe all you received, I don't understand why you ignore my emails and phone calls. No any response at all.

I mentioned in the email, at last week's email, I'm asking for 2 miners refund. i mentioned it's easiest and simple way. no response at all. and I also called you following up.

I followed up and asked any words on this. on response at all.

and 2 days ago, I asked email said if you can not do my 2 miners refund, just refund me one  and ship me one. It's simple and easiest  way.

and today I followed up and still no response for status update.  Can you just response  to my email tell me what's going on.

I also forwarded me my post deleted record. when you delete the email, I got notification triggered what's you deleted.

I said just provide me an update.how difficult could be?

This is AMT client related issues. that's why I posted here. can you give me a deadline for this thing? I can not wait like endless. I asked you kindly refund me it;s easiest and simple way.

Thank you.

Tony

let me post here just in case being deleted again.

AMT is such a joke.  What do you expect with BOZO the clown running AMT at the Helm, AKA JOSH ZIPKIN.  Not that they have any other employees who are any more qualified. You can't compare AMT to the other bitcoin mining builders because THERE IS NO COMPARISON.  First off, they have NO COMMON SENSE!  NONE!  Nor did they ever plan on it.  Anyone of us could run AMT better.  Their game is a money grab.  Answer this: When?, since the conception of AMT have they ever been there for any of their customers.  You think that is going to change?  GOOD luck.  I am in the same boat with the rest of you, only I can see AMT for what they are: A SHAM who have taken our money and are throwing tidbits to us from time to time to instill hope to those who still want it.  I don't think there is one customer that would turn back the clock and say "I think I will order from AMT again".  Tell me if I am wrong.

@ATM- Nobody wants your empty promises or your now outdated, improperly shipped, plagued with problems, "do our job and build it for us" Heap O Crap and/or kits.  We want our money refunded.  I no longer want your over-sized brick, I want my 10K returned to me along with these other customers who you have taken such good care of.  The customers that have given you more than the benefit of the doubt.

Frictionlesscoin is a client of AMT:

Carlos Perez, of Germantown, Maryland to be exact.

Carlos also filed a claim with deleware and requested a refund. After resolving the issue with Carlos and Deleware by shipping his miner. He now claims that he is missing a backplane.

We've created a fedex tracking number for now the 2nd backplane that we'll be sending to Carlos.

Carlos is valued customer of AMT and we are very happy tom have him. We'll update this shortly with the fedex tracking number to Carlos's house.

Hey, Josh. Why don't you save some time and post all your clients real names? To date, you've done this about a half dozen times already. Didn't they teach you not to do that during your 7 years (his words, not mine) tenure at Penn State where you earned your business degree?

It's called "Bully Tactics" or a way of intimidating people to shut up.

DOESN'T WORK!

Let the other thread die and just post here. They will have no choice but to pay attention. I'm taking their control away as of now.

I approve this thread.

Please try to keep this thread focused on facts.

Please avoid name calling.

No problem with only offering up facts, with apologies for the "name calling". It won't happen again, bud.

please visit our new AMT Users thread on facebook.

https://www.facebook.com/AMTUsers

I will be posting as many pictures of our equipment here as I can. If you have tips on how to get these miners running, I will also be posting information on the page as well.

The cool thing is, Facebook has an amazing ads campaign engine so I expect to reach the ends of the earth once I get them fired up.

update on my smashed miners:

Again, no one there to accept the FedEx package. Jim Brown emailed me saying because I got a smashed miner, I can't have a refund any more. They are going to fix the smashed miner instead of sending me a new one. The thing was so smashed, I feel as though it was beyond repair and should be scrapped. I am having someone talk to the Montgomery County DA on my behalf.

Yes sometimes we miss the fedex guy in the morning, we will pick up Brian's miner directly from the fedex office. Please note, Brian lives 30 minutes from our office by car in East Hanover New Jersey.

Brian waited 1 week to send back his miner via fedex when he could have taken the 30 minutes to drive over and have us check it out.

Brian also requested a refund 11 times before we shipped his miner, and he also filed a complaint with Delaware country which is currently in a resolved status. The Delaware agent in charge of Brians case was very helpful and has noted that we took every step we could to satisfy this disgruntled customer.

Furthermore, dealing with complaints from clients like Brian, a war vet, and credible member of society takes time and effort, and forces us to ship him a miner before someone else who deserves it more.

I, too, had two recent posts deleted, both of which I was playing nice and offering up help.

Please note how Joshua Zipkin treats his customers in the above post I quoted. ONLY A SCAMMER WOULD DISCLOSE A CUSTOMER'S FULL NAME.

This fucktard shoots himself in the foot each and every time he posts. And, to think I was banned for 7 days due to me spamming (not trolling) AMT's self-moderated tread.

How the fuck is it that 99% of everything I posted there was the truth, and 99% of everything that Josh Zipkin posts are lies? I get banned, and that Jewish Bulgarian Freemasons Asshole gets to live the high-life off the millions of dollars his customers sent him getting nothing in return.

Yes we need to be more transparent, but for the moment our attorneys have advised us to basically do the opposite until they meet with the lawyers next door to us. We are trying to figure out refund options as well as several other options for our current and future clients.

Advise your attorneys that you have miners out here that don't work and we need support.

The lawyers next door are the least of their problems.

agreed.

I'm a client and here are pictures of my damaged miner.

Bent Chassis

You call that a bent chassis?  This is a bent chassis:

Oh THAT's a good one. I will add that to the online picture album for AMT! They should love it!

You can find it here: http://imgur.com/a/fBHdR

I can't wait to start the google ad campaign. I wonder how fast it will take for me to get the top spot on the results page. This is going to be fun.

Got this email from BBB:

It's also worth noting, that everytime Joshua Zipkin (AMT) gets upset, he comes on here and posts peoples' real names in the threads.

"Joe Blow bought with us at this time and day and so so forth"

Like it's some form of payback to post people real information on the internet, without asking if that's alright.

I know you can argue they are under scrutiny by ongoing litigation, but this first began earlier in the year. Either way, it's fucking pathetic and disgraceful.

Joshua Zipkin you are an uneducated fraudster, and everyone has been clued into this. Accept it and try to rectify the situation at hand, or deal with the consequences.
