Hee guys,

I downloaded the mac wallet for 1337 but I can't seem to open it because it is an older version. So I was wondering is there a newer updated working version available somewhere for my macbook?

Developer could make a new wallet that cicronize altomaticamente as the portfolio of xby and xvs would be less complicated I have tried several times and my wallet does not always synchronize from zero connections

i will add and run more hardcoded seednodes in the next release.

1337 looks like fun.

Might check it out more...

So how does a halvening work, for a PoS coin.
As far as I know PoS coins, aren't mineable at all. Does this just mean the PoS reward is getting halved?
T_T.

oh ps. KingofDew made me aware to this one.

Also, anyone know how long it's been on Crytopia?

thats correct. KingofDew made a nice vid bout 1337 yes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwvFTKmdtRI

This is how you can help raising 1337 price to 50 satoshi by 10 July 2017. when w00t will due out, 1337 will climb further more:

1) commit not to sell your 1337 coins below 50 satoshi.

2) keep on buying 1337 coins even if price is going up now, it is still cheap until it reach to 50 satoshi.

3) store your 1337 coins at your own desktop wallet. while it is a great way to stake them and gain more it will also prevent you from being tempted to dump them at the exchange site.

4) open support ticket on exchange sites that doesnt list 1337 coin yet. i contacted
cryptopia to add btc market for 1337 and few days later it was open to the public. i also contact https://bleutrade.com and waiting for their reply and i think we should also talk to: https://cryptodao.com/

5) use twitter to promote 1337 coin by linking to this thread and hash tag it with #bitcoin #btc. this will attract more people to the coin.

6) if possible please change your forum signature and promote 1337 coin.

7) dont limit 1337 coin conversation only to this thread, there are many place you can talk about this coin at bitcointalk, for example the altcoins thread. the more people will know about 1337 the higher the price will go.

more suggestions are welcomed, hope to see this community working together to add value to 1337.

Some POS coins are a hybrid where they can be mined as well as staked and also some POS coins start out as POW coins and then become POS after a number of blocks. Yes the interest rate is halved in the next couple of days but will still be paying a nice interest rate.

On the wallet, click settings/options/Display and make sure Display coin control features is ticked, coin control is your friend Smiley
now you can see all your blocks in the inputs tab

Okay thanks for all your help on setting this up and could you please send me your 1337 coin address in a PM so that I can send you a little tip for all the help you have provided on setting this up. Not only has this helped me but it will also go a long way to helping others in the 1337 coin community.

Great to see the 1337/Doge pairing back up and trading on Cryptopia as now I can go back to using my Doge I earn from faucets to continue to buy more 1337 coins. I also staked my first lot of 1337 coins overnight as I had all my coins on POSWallet previously but had to get my own wallet due to them delisting 1337 coin. I earned just over 20,000 1337 coins from just over 7 million.

Don`t forget to set a setstakesplitthreshold

That`s great news !

Yes it is great!

I'm yet to set that up yet and how would I go about doing that for 7 million 1337 coins? As I still don't really understand how it all works when setting this feature up with this coin.

I just purchased some more 1337 coins using some Doge I had sitting on Cryptopia waiting for when it come back online for trading.

Your stake rate is increased with your block size, and your block of say 7 mill would split by default into 2 blocks of 3,6 mill, gathering weight slower, and split every time the block stakes, so to stop that you would set a threshold in the console, say 20 mill, and the block won`t split till can make 2 blocks of 20 mill+

Okay thanks and how do I go about setting this threshold up? and for my 7 million I'll set the threshold at 20 million right? It's the first time hearing about this for me even though I stake other Altcoins so would it be the same with them as well? Sorry for all the questions.
