With the huge problem with rejects and orphaned blocks, people are saying pools are working better for them somehow.

I am hooked up to both pools with bfgminer but it seems that I am not getting any work to be processed, any idea what the point could be here?

I have been mining solo for an hour or so now. Still 0 accepted and 0 stales. Started the wallet as server, and everything else is correct.. I'm using gui miner.
