I got 100 in like 1 minute mining in bobs pool. But now i haven't gotten any the last 5 minutes.
Getting in on a new coin early with the right settings is awesome. I grabbed over 70k FTC when it was released with 2 5830s lol

Solo mining this coin has worked extremely well for me. Someone I know however with more hashing power then me has been having great difficulty. Not sure what the difference is between us.

Doe anyone know if / how a pool would actually solve the reject / orphan issues, or am I just getting bit payouts on what I would normally get in blocks solo?
Using the GUI with "server=1" plus username and password in the config file should be fine for solo-mining, right? Or do I have to use the daemon?
you don't need the daemon, you need the other stuff in conf file too rpcuser etc port etc

Got two confirmed blocks at 73k in a little over 2 hours - but then I may have been lucky.
how else do you notice if you found a block if you dont watch the cgminer output all the time?
It will turn up in the wallet.
Anyways, need some help. I am solo mining with cgminer and GPU. Can I add the CPU (with CPUminer) to it?
