Seems like a good coin. Low supply will certainly help the coin have a good market value. Nowdays the trend is for POS coin and I am sure this one is going to serve needs of lot of people who are looking for some extra money. The good thing about POS is that you do not need to do anything else than to HODL the coins in your wallet.

Good Luck folks, I am going to get some for myself for sure.

OH MY GOD MASTERNODES?? That is SICK! This coin is gotta go to the moon hell yeah! Aerium yay!

Are masternodes confirmed?

Masternodes are confirmed in a sence that there will be development to implement them, there is testing needed to confirm that it is possible but they will definitely work on it. If you were on discord you would know all this Wink

Have they explained the POS on Discord? Do you have to be lucky and get a hit in the day with 10 000% to gain the reward, or should you get the stake from thoose blocks even if you dont hit while they are the active ones?

If not, it is a huge disadvantage to not have a big bag. And also it is more profitable to take off staking on 500% blocks?

I have never bothered with staking, but this coin seems to be a good one to try it.

I do have a question though. Do I need to leave the wallet open for it to stake or does that depend on a coin? I have noticed on some coins, that the weight increases even though I never left the wallet open.

Hi,

As i have understood it your weight is the same. At least when i had wallet open 24/7 my weight was not changing.
However the reward should be the same if you do not stake for a while. What i am wondering about and has gone unanswered is the magablocks. If i dont get a hit in them do i not get anything extra when they passed?

I got near nothing as a reward after the 10 000% blocks - i did not get a stake on thoose but after on a 500% block. After that i did not bother having wallet up 24/7.

Havent been following this thread so much lately (after the fall). Would be nice to see masternodes developed indeed if they are coming Smiley
As all others i could have sold at 2 dollar, but choose to gamble hehe. Time will show how smart it was, only lost a week of mining if there is no development and not worth selling at current value.

And where is the evidence? Or you just wrote it for hamsters. I think this man just worked well on the coin and lost his head)) Such a write. The project is certainly cool but there are also problems, it is too early to talk about this.

Great update. This will help control inflation and make coin more fair. Masternodes implementation will be really great for the coin. It's a great opportunity to buy this coin cheap and accumulate now. With masternodes especially this coin will be popular. However this stake structure is also much better for the long term of the coin. Right now the market cap is very low. The market is gearing up for an altcoin run, so I dont see why it couldn't get some nice action.

I mean just look how low the market cap is. Other projects that are inactive/totally garbage have higher market cap: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/aerium/
I hope that the guys will succeed, because as such a team as there is a team now, I think that they will have to hire additional specialists in order to bring the matter to an end and everything worked smoothly.

When I open the qt wallet, I get this error message
> CWalletDB::ListAccountCreditDebit(): cannot create DB cursor

https://imgur.com/a/BRBfh

Does someone know this error? I wanted to move my wallet to a new computer. I synced the wallet and replaced the newly created wallet.dat with mine.

When I try to open the wallet with a fresh wallet, it works.

Fixed the issue by moving the whole %appdata%\aerium folder. Not the best solution, because I don't want to backup the entire blockchain. Is there a way to export the private keys?

It should be very similar if not identical to the bitcoin-core method

Thank you, bspus. It worked. You can just type 'dumpprivkey [your Bitcoin address here]' in your console. Wallet must be unlocked.
