I applied among the first (like top 30 or 50 may be) using the web form, but now it's cancelled thanks to leechers & scammers (as usual).As for you, simply e-mail him your ETH address like he said in OP¨& wait your turn, we have nothing we can do about that, it's better for us all to cancel that first air Drop since assholes are everywhere.
They'll do this manually till they made some good Air drop with a script, besides getting now would make you eligible for the next Air Drops, so it's Free, waiting is the least we can do.
