Is there any suggestuions why its only planned for "north" american moneta?

We are full PoS now.
Since most of you have coins on exchange - just 6 people stake.

I have asked my buddy to make C-CEX stake for now too.

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see it anywhere.

Block explorer is up since yesterday http://51.254.181.195:5001/ earlier one got crashed maybe that is the reason op didnt update here this link

All those scamcoins go 100% ICO - we wanted to put it more legit, allow people to MAKE coins not just buy them.
