C-CEX was asked to start ICO, i assume not more than 48h.
ICO isn't a good choise because some people as soon they hear the word ICO they call the coin a scam, are you sure that you will call an ico anyway on the coin?

No, this was to SHOW we have liquidity to bring this up like roadmap says.
This big price for small task was to put credibility on what we are going to do.
Notice 2 guys posted it same time and both will be paid.

Is possible to know why between blocks 2-20000 there isn't going to be any reward for the miners? Anyway i hope the ico goes well and the coin can survive for at least 2 months so i can maybe make a video about it
