Spearheading into the next stage of the Synereo project, we are en route towards an additional fundraising campaign. The official sale will start September 19th, and run for 30 days, until October 18th.

This call will be the second round of Synereo’s multi-phase fundraising strategy, which was detailed during our original sale, in 2015. This strategy was designed to maximize investment impact and to protect investors and AMP holders from capital erosion. Best practices in the startup industry suggest to couple investment rounds to the achievement of development goals - this is why we’ve scheduled this fundraising campaign with the release of Synereo’s alpha social layer, and the major milestones achieved with the development of Synereo’s 2.0 tech stack.

Funds raised during this campaign will be used to significantly scale up Synereo’s operations, expand our team, and optimize the development effort of Synereo’s next-gen tech stack – on which a diverse ecosystem of decentralized applications will be deployed; developed by Synereo and by our associates around the globe.

All AMPs to be sold during this campaign are pre-existing AMPs, created in advance and held by Synereo for this purpose. No new AMPs will be created for this sale. As Synereo is committed to utter and complete transparency in all its dealings, all AMP transactions carried out by the company can be viewed here. Minimum participation amount is 0.01 BTC.

Synereo’s RChain based tech stack will be up and running towards the end of 2017.


In the meantime, we are cooperating with a vast community of developers, entrepreneurs, and decentralization enthusiasts from around the world, supporting them with AMPs to create an ecosystem of decentralized applications on the Synereo platform. We are investing a considerable amount of time and resources in this communal effort and regard it as an essential part of our mission.

Each new dApp on the Synereo ecosystem means more functionality and more users in the decentralized economy, creating value for all participants; it takes an entire community to make this happen.

All AMP transactions carried out by Synereo can always be tracked in the exhaustive Synereo Finances doc.
AMPs are bound in multi-sig wallets, with their use having to be authorized by an external trustee. Should any anomaly in their use surface, our diligent community will quickly be aware of it.

 
Each single AMP in Synereo’s possession has a purpose.
Each and every AMP going out is meant to contribute to the network effect of the Synereo ecosystem and benefit all participants in it.

 
Think of the unreleased coins as simply not having been mined yet.
Coins waiting for more people joining the network, for more nodes to be set up, for more functionality to be spun up on the Synereo platform. That these coins have already been issued does not mean they will come into play sooner than those of many other projects with large pools of outstanding coins that aren’t placed in immediate view, like AMPs are.
