The buy wall had massive orders staggered for this purpose. Those were fake buys.

What crypto doesn't have "fake" buys? Every single coin I follow with decent volume has a whale or 2 (or 20) that do the same.
They also do it on the flip side. AMPs got up to 7 million+ in sell orders as whales successfully got many people to sell, but the vast majority of those were placed in a range that would never be bought without crazy absurd news. Just how it goes in crypto-land.
No scam here, just people who don't understand how markets or crypto works.

Just when you think the circus show was winding down... Churn AMP's on the exchanges. Smooth, like butter.

Hello,

  To sum up,

So, people who called SYNEREO AMP a SCAM project was right 50/50.
People were very enthusiastic about the new possibilities of Etherium competition.
Got just Social Network which is broken pre-alpha and INTERNET reality show
  for masses to entertain.

Let's day dream. They have Vitalik. AKASHA A Next-Generation Social Media Network sounds good to me.
http://akasha.world/

Yours network sounds to me good, too.
https://news.bitcoin.com/yours-network-bitcoin-steemit/

Steemit doesn't interest me, but they are developing and growing very fast.

I know there are few others.

To fix the loophole of nonsense. Synereo project should revisit its amp holdings. Is it necessary to have so much?
Promises, promises and news, thats all it is. I love news but it has to be not promise based news.

Thank you,

No doubt it is 100% scam, they made fake pre-alpha release and pumped the pump from 10k to 30-40k, and used this hype to have second ico, the ico price was ridiculously high and more higher than in exchanges, they raise 4.7M usd... why 50-50 scam? IMO it is 100% scam

This seems very logical and does make sense now, I will stay away for future ICO and this coin, thanks

Actually, the precise opposite is true (so much misinformation and misunderstanding on this forum lol...)
AMPs were skyrocketing past 40k, then Synereo shot itself in the foot by pricing their ICO far far lower.
Check the AMPs chart on poloniex - Aug 29th.
Now check Synereo blog post - Aug 29th.
AMPs reached 43k satoshi with no signs of stopping - I still wonder what it might have gotten to.
Then the blog post cut the pump short by pricing at 33k satoshi - but effective price after bonuses was ~ 27-30k depending on the size of investment.
What do you imagine the price went to immediately following the blog post? 27-30k range. Interesting.
They capped themselves and then allowed for an awkward situation with essentially 2 separate markets, one had an advantage for whales to buy large amounts without moving the price, the other had an advantage of being able to sell before the other coins were added, resulting in a dump.
So your claim that "the ico price was ridiculously high and more higher than in exchanges" is just downright false.
In fact, look at the chart how fast it was surging up - it would have at LEAST gotten to 50k on its own and if it broke that, potentially much higher.
It would NOT have coincidentally also stopped at 43k had synereo not released the blog post alerting everyone they can get for nearly half the price.
In my opinion they should have let trading volume die down before setting an ICO price.

This project has taken an unexpected turn. In the silence of the first crashes on the market, I knew something was going on behind the scenes. Some guys was already predicting what was going to come... That's the risk of investing in pre-mined coins.

That's not why AMPs dumped initially. Those who bought into ICO were unable to sell until they received AMPs, that was the major advantage of buying on an exchange.
Because the pump was over, the only short term news to consider was that millions of AMPs would be added to the market. So before ICO investors got their AMPs, it's only natural those on exchanges would dump before the silly ICO flippers could.
Aside from that, 90% of pumps are followed by a dump. In the words of Newton "For every pump there is an equal and opposite dump" (unless otherwise influenced by an outside force, such as news).

Hahaha  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
All these FUDers coming out of the woodwork trying to drive the price down. Greed will get the best of you, just be happy with the coming 100x return rather than trying to squeeze some extra %.
Gotta love crypto. And then you have the dumbass ICO flippers who got used to instantly turning a profit - that simply doesn't happen with ICOs anymore because everyone buys into ICOs now and tries to flip immediately. It doesn't work when everyone's trying to do it lol...

Never ending parties are what Im into.
People are really short sighted. Dor has been working on the attention economy and the social network for years. Now with funding going towards building an awesome product I would be betting on them.

Me too but its hard right now. Understandably so.

I believe the fate of this project will be decided on Jan 20, 2017. for now, I'm out of this now because I don't like uncertainties.
Im afraid the fate will be unpleasant as what u call a compelling project will turn into a blatant failure, and will be doomed and never recover unless all holders agree to save the buy side from crashing by holding on to their coins infinitely and not dropping a penny on buy orders.

Woking as a binman sucks.
Allright, so it looks like this project isn't going anywhere until the 20th of January 2017. Looking at the bright side, one can consider this situation as a very large window of oppertunity to buy in relative cheap. Personally, I haven't decided wether I simply hold on to my current stash of AMP's OR gradually get some more in the coming weeks. I suspect this thing isn't KIA yet so selling everything would be a premature move.

But what if the 20th rolls around and nothing concrete has been completed and its just more empty promises. Thats when all hell will break out and if you think its cheap now just wait because if the 20th is a flop amps price will flop down the volcano of death and then nothings going to save it, well. Maybe if satoshi came back and said he was replacing Greg. But barring that it would be bad. Very bad.

Yes, that's why I'm still doubtfull about getting more AMP's. It could really go rock-bottom after the 20th but a gradual recovery is also still a possibility. It is going to be a long run though in any case, especially for those who bought above 25-30k.

And that's why it makes sense to wait for after the day comes and goes. Worst case you're buying the coin for a bit more expensive, best case, you save money and a headache because it drops lower and takes longer to come up from the bottom.

Im waiting.
