p2pool found the first blocks, hashrate is quite nice right now, we are down to an avg of 17 min per block which is a pretty decent time...

Considering what he did, I doubt he's coming back, and frankly we don't want him back. But there are plenty of devs out there so we should have no problems keeping aphroditecoin going even if I have to put up my own funds to pay for updates.

No, he really was a scammer. No point of view involved.
This is a point of view:
There is no reason for anyone to use this coin rather than Bitcoin.
The only point was the airdrop, and that is gone.
Without that, what differentiates this from dozens of other coins?

Anyway, the "scammer" dev is gone now, so we're starting fresh but keeping the same block chain for Aphroditecoin. There are enough new coins, no need to create a new one.
