I agree with you, if the dev team have a plan to secure and revive this coin, they must launch the bounty campaign, because they lack of effective advertisement, the team was focus only on development and attending some blockchain forum, they forgot to include the online marketing is the best and effective tools to gain people and investors to this coin..
