1. I don't know who is mining but many people are running masternodes.
According too https://www.arionum.info/masternodes there are more than 50,700,000 ARO locked in masternodes.
This is 31.8% of the circulating supply. For me, this is a good number.

2. Price wise, yes. But the devs are still building, so don't loose faith.
