I tried the settings for my 280x with 3gb ram and NFACTOR 14. The cards are dead right after I start the bat file. (OFF status). I guess It won't work for me.

Is the Minecraft Plugin still in the pipeline?

The Minecraft plugin is a very specific project.
Our Devs are just started building at it but it is a project that needs time.
So yes. Minecraft is still in the pipeline and one of our major projects.

Yes, I know but than what is going on with the pools???
It is statistically impossible to get 200% block after a 200% block over and over a gain.

There were even some (a lot of) 30 000% blocks,... wtf?

What is 650h? If you're talking about 650kh/s then something with your setup. At current N factor you're not going to get anywhere near that hash rate. IMHO mining with high end cards at the current N factor is not very efficient.
