firstly - who is Ming Changi ll-Suang and how has he been given ownership status. In the 2 weeks since it was announced he hasn't even introduced himself from reading through the thread. Why is he a joint owner.
Maybe you did dent read back through the tread enough  Wink and next to that remember that their is at this tread, in the right upper corner, a search button  Roll Eyes  But i like to help you, please look at this former reaction which is clear enough I think...

..... Who is Ming Changi ll-Suang actually? Is he around on this forum with some nick? Can't find something on his name.  (btw; is he dutch too?)
Hello tsjaar,
Ming is Chinese and indeed he has the Dutch nationality also, he is a investor in several kind of businesses.
As investors mostly do he will stay in to the background. When needed he will come forward.

..... How did you guys become the owners? Have you paid Bumface for the privilege.....
Sorry but this is inside information. About payments or privilege, that's only concerning to Bumface and the management team. Most important thing is : Edit ... We are the new management team who leading the developments !

.... People like myself left due to the owners inactivity and it seems its exactly the same. I know its early days ....
Indeed, as you say it yourself  "...it is early days", much to early to say things like that ! ..... please reed back our announcement and mission statement again and you know exactly what is our future plan and our mission we are working at.... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=413978.16160

I'm not FUD'ing or spamming ....
I know you did spread doubt and fud before, but now I want to believe you don't  Wink

....I have and looking to invest again....
You are more then welcome back, join us if you have miners at the Multipool or otherwise invest if you want/can thru buying UTC

Also great to see there's a Mulitpool up and running, the task is now to get miners to pick you guys over the rest!
All for Ultracoins future. The Multipool is very important to bring the price to the place where it belongs. But it takes time... and it needs a lot of hash rate so please to all : Join mining at the Ultracoin Multipool.

dogs are cute.
Not had a read on here since I left due to inactivity from the owners. I come on to see there are new people in charge (Great news!) now and have to question a few things.

firstly - who is Ming Changi ll-Suang and how has he been given ownership status. In the 2 weeks since it was announced he hasn't even introduced himself from reading through the thread. Why is he a joint owner. How did you guys become the owners? Have you paid Bumface for the privilege and why hasn't there been any of them posting on the thread.

People like myself left due to the owners inactivity and it seems its exactly the same. I know its early days but from reading the mission statement from Paul I would have expected the "investors" to invest into UTC. I've been told in the past that Paul has a huge amount of UTC and I respect him for that but what about Ming Changi ll-Suang. What does he bring to the table?

I'm not FUD'ing or spamming these are genuine questions I have and looking to invest again, but these are questions from reading through that have jumped to the front of my mind and others looking to invest will probably have also.

Also great to see there's a Mulitpool up and running, the task is now to get miners to pick you guys over the rest!

Hello Everyone!

After a meeting between the Developers, the multipool will remain open.

I'm hoping that people will try and utilise it more, as it's in their best intentions to drive the price of UTC up!

Cheers,
CT

GREAT! Thanks to CT and the Developers/management team!

Why doesn't cryptotrain create a mandatory donation percentage? 5% I'll gladly pay if it keeps the pool up. How much does hosting cost anyway? Maybe we can crowd fund it? It's nice to have.

Hey Rapture,

The problem is that the hosting costs 150$ a month to have the server running, it then takes up close to 6 hours a day of my time to keep it running Sad

Have a look overhere, maybe this will help.

To all,

It is very simple to understand, the multipool can only have a right to exist if more miners go mine at the multipool !!!

Richards on the money there,

Essentially the Multipool almost closed today, It is currently costing more money to have the pool hosted than what it would make in fees. Essentially, with the current hashrate and the fees on, the pool cannot even pay for itself.

After a discussion with the UTC Management Team. We have come to a resolution that ensures the future of the Multipool being present Cheesy

Lets try and get the Multipool more traffic! That way we can help drive UTC's price up and help me not go broke paying for it Tongue!

What is your minimum hashpower required for the pool to pay for itself? Or maybe a better question is how many coins does the multipool need to be purchasing a day?

Thanks for this answer and thumb up for the management team.

But don't give up to quick! it is only up for a very short time and you did dent asked pool fee till know to pay for the costs.

About pool fee. Somebody else mentioned already before he would be glad to pay 5% pool fee if it help the pool stay up.

I think the same about this. I'll gladly pay this if it keeps the pool up.

So I suggest: Put a 4% or even 5% pool fee on multipool and keep it up  !

TO ALL WE NEED THE MULTIPOOL STAY UP ! So the questions is this: are you willing to pay 4% or 5% pool fee for this and put more hash to the multipool ?

Remember this: you pay a little more fee but you get lower electricity costs and less heat in return and it drives the price up of UTC

Do you want the multipool stay up?  then I understand that we al have to help and put at least 2/3 of the hashpower to the multipool...

"don't ask what multipool can do for you but what you can do for multipool"

@Cryptotrain your thoughts please ?

Why doesn't cryptotrain create a mandatory donation percentage? 5% I'll gladly pay if it keeps the pool up. How much does hosting cost anyway? Maybe we can crowd fund it? It's nice to have.

Hey Rapture,

Well a Mandatory donation percent is generally called a fee. Who is going to mine with a 5% fee, when people are complaining about their payouts on a 0% fee....
The problem is that the hosting costs 150$ a month to have the server running, it then takes up close to 6 hours a day of my time to keep it running Sad

The problem is, the pool was put there as a way to drive up the price of UTC and get a payout for their efforts of what they earned automatically converted to Ultracoin. But instead, the majority of people complained that their payout was low, or they could have done better on wafflepool or this or that, yet after explaining to every single person, that having 40 Miners and expecting payouts equivalent to pools with 6000 miners is not going to happen. A long side that, the price of UTC fluctuates a lot, so what they get paid out is what the price of Ultracoin has been throughout the day.

Hence your new dev. team pool is dead, try lowering fees.
If you  make it with 0% fee, at least for a certain period of time, I will join - I am +22% of the current networks hash power Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

If you are that much of the hashrate, why don't you try Cryptotrain (if you haven't already).  They are still at 0%
