They can try to rip this one. Good luck. I've got this baby using so many back end modules, it'll leave their heads spinning. Tongue

bumface should have paid you instead of some other dude who made a site based off a purchasable theme.
Maybe he still should. I'm sure he still has plenty of IPO money left to promote/improve UTC infrastructure. Grin

Just something I am toying around with. Seeing that the site was already ripped once, figured I'd see what I could throw together. I had the base code already assembled for another project I am working on, but with some modifications here and there, we've got this...

That looks great. Simple and clean. No more copy jobs simply by others buying the same theme.  Smiley

I wanted drop by and let you know that we will be launching new exchange www.lazycoins.com soon. Follow us on twitter, @LazyCoins and vote. You'll only need 10 votes and you can stay updated right to the moment we launch so you can trade your UTC . We are also up at reddit.com/r/lazycoins and #lazycoins on freenode.

Cheers guys!

So, in my attempt to be proactive, and, knowing that the adaptive-N factor is time based and not block based. We know that the coin kicked off on Feb 1st at 8 pm UTC. We also know that the N-factor changed around 1 pm UTC on Feb 15th? (Feel free to correct me if I am wrong). So our next change should be March 1st around 8 am UTC? (give or take).
Does this make sense, or am I missing something?

No, I don't think that is correct. Take a read of following article:

Ok, thanks for that.  How do we determine what N-Factor we are currently on.  We know we switched last Saturday.

Just going by how much memory (~1300MB) my 280x is using with 2048 threads, I assume we are on 11 with 512KB per thread.

call me crazy but isnt there a source code wher eyou can look up to see when the n-factor changes?

btw bumface said he is working on things that if we knew about it the price would be $2. he couldnt be more clear about working on deals behind the scenes without spilling the beans. we all know the stakes lets stay positive.

It has been a very long time since I looked at source code.  That is why I thought it easier to ask.

I told bumface that he should provide that detail in the OP without making us needing to look at the source code for something they created.
He said he will speak to ziggy about it. That was yesterday. Surely they can write that up within like 15mins? No idea why it's not up still.

Agreed on a few points. Were sitting here holding fairly large bags and some as much coin into UTC as bumface and Ziggy themselves its time for them to be a tad more open with us bag holders so we don't get discouraged by the seemingly lack of i investment being seen on dev side.

Its one thing to tell us to hold and have hope its another to show us why we should.  Transparentsy would help more ATM I feel.

Bumface isn't making it easier for himself that's for sure.  Tongue

If he doesn't want to get so much flack, he just need to be more open & honest to people who support UTC. (and even to the naysayers)
Deleting posts to legitimate questions based on his OP, ignoring questions, not giving more detailed update etc isn't helping anyone nor UTC.

His coin, his way eh? But he says we are the one who makes the price.
If so, he should make us want to open up our wallets more. But he isn't doing that very well atm.

Maybe (and I hope) he surprises us all. But the suspense might kill us before we see the result.  Grin

It's pretty sad when the community is raising funds to get listed on exchanges and the leader isn't.

Well when I think about this I can only come to one conclusion:

If the devs were not interested and were just waiting top dump there would be no deletion of pledges. Illogical as any community effort is likely to raise the value of their stake. So the only conclusion I can come to that I can make some sense off is : another exclusive / similar arrangement is being worked on behind the scenes which can not include another major exchange. If so there would likely be some need for ' a need to know' basis approach. Which obviously can't be posted on a public board.

Or: the devs stuffed up with an exclusive deal on CT. That would also make sense but would clearly label them as somewhat below standard from a strategic point of view. Not sure which.

I think all of us are hopeful that they are working on something. It's very frustrating, though.
