After hundreds of fraudulent ICOs, stillborn projects or simply incompetence, i decided to create strict and logical criteria about my participation in ICOs.

Hi everyone!
Later I will answer the last questions individually, for now I just want your attention because I have just updated our ANN in the first page (thanks to our designer Samir) and for those following our project, you will notice the addition of Raphael in the team, and I wanted to comment on that.
Raphael is a long time friend of mine and of the rest of the team and he is involded in this project since the beginning, but we were first counting on him as an advisor for his vast financial/business expertise. As he became more and more involved, he started contacting potential partners and advisors in Europe, and we have came to an agreement to include him as a full team member of the project, as he is playing a very important role facilitating our communication outside Brazil, and will also be of great importance after the token sale when we start contacting traditional funds and managing our own smart contract-based pension fund.

Exactly, we know its a challenge but we're working hard on it to show how beneficial this could be .
Yes the idea is really decent. Always depends on the execution in the end, but has some potential for sure.
Based in their portfolio and interviews the team seems capable of delivering the goods although I don't know if this applicable to many countries but definitely worth adding to your investment "Their team has large experience in systems and software development, as well as project management. All of them (but the designer) are engineers."

There are already institutions in public sector which are providing private pension services but there are lot of issues. The biggest among all is transparency which is most important and attractive part of this Auctus being on blockchain and using smart contract is what makes this different and best solution. I am deeply interested in such idea.
Exactly. I'm one of the founders, I work on one of the main pensions funds in Brazil and i have seen those problems in all pension funds i had contact with. It's probably one of the best use case for smart contracts.

Hi everyone!Glad to see all the discussion around Auctus, we are considering all kinds of suggestions and trying to not only have a sharp and robust business model but also using the best practices around blockchain and smart contracts technology. That's the main reason why we haven't yet set up a date to the ICO, we are still with some ajustments going on. But is only because is really important for us to make things right and with the community support. Keep with the suggestions, we are hearing!

It's interesting your stance, dev! Really projects should have this type of driving, because delivering the product after ICO is really sad and irritating! Prices wind up falling after the launch and people will buy the tokens only after some real product! But if the product is in the test phase is already a big step, is it your case?
Hi Eddyc, thanks for your message. We are not in the test phase yet and this is one of the reasons we still haven't decided the ICO date. We are already in a very advanced stage in terms of the token smart contract code (available in public github) and we have finished some architecture definitions for the platform and also started developing a smart contract for the first pension fund (a proof of concept). Our dev team is working really hard and we want to present at least the demo of the platform before the ICO.
We are also finishing the whitepaper, website and establishing some partnerships and those are other reasons why it doesn't make sense to announce a date right now, but we are getting really close to be able to do it.
