The signature campaign signature has the correct onion address and their ANN also has been updated with the new onion address. Hello, this is the first time we've had this problem, which was resolved fairly quickly. Everything is now operational. This shouldn't happen again, but if there are any problems with our advanced method an error message will be displayed in the future.

When users send funds on our service their data and session will be kept for a maximum of 24 hours, if a delay is selected the data will be kept for 24 hours in addition to the duration of the delay chosen.

In the event of a problem or non-receipt of funds, they must contact us before the end of the session. Please note that our coinjoin method takes about 1 hour to complete a mix and 45 minutes for our advanced method, so don't wait to contact us if these times have been exceeded.
