I used this service to clean 50$ in BTC using ADVANCED MODE to test it and I received the funds almost instantly, THEN I sent 2,350 in BTC and it's been about 7 hours since the BTC transaction was confirmed and I still haven't received my funds.
I've sent an email to their support and haven't received a response.
I'll clear this up when it's resolved.

Everything has been settled. Have a nice day!

Do you have proof that you sent money to them? For example letter of guarantee.
When was that money sent and did you make any settings to delay the time of receipt.
[banned mixer] Mixing services are based on trust and I hope they are not trying to scam you out of $2,350 in BTC

Hello everyone, we have just updated our coinjoin method. It is now much more efficient and adds a higher level of privacy.

Also you have now the possibility to customize the service fees.

We are waiting for your feedback. Have a nice day!

It doesn't matter if it's clearnet or via onion links. Just try to provide the kind of service you promise your clients  Wink
As we have noted over and over again, it is difficult for the average user to hide themselves from governments such as the US government, especially if the government decides to track u.
even if they move to another CDN, it will not work if you want to hide your identity from the government, so think carefully.

The most important thing is to delete logs and ensure that the data is not sold which is bulit on trust or opensource website.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
Concerning the use of cloudflare, we are aware of the risks that this can entail. Nevertheless we are about to change our CDN to ddosguard. This should be done this week.
Please do so as soon as you can. When you promise people privacy for a fee. I think it should be more than fair that you ensure that they actually get the privacy they need and not just selling them hot air.

Hello, the 1.2% fee was temporary for 1 month. The current fees are final but we do not exclude lowering them from time to time for a limited time. I can also confirm that our site is working well and that there is no downtime.

I am sorry if this issue has been brought up before but today when I decided to visit the site, I realized that it uses Cloudflare for protection against DDoS attacks

Isn't this a big concern, knowing Bitcoin mixers are now one of the top public enemies of Governments and law enforcement authorities?

What will stop Cloudflare from providing all the information about the usage of the size to those trying to put their noses into people's privacy?

Hello everyone and thank you for your comments. We are lowering the fee to 1.2% temporarily and hope to get some feedback. We will be adding several more percentages for the advanced method in the future.

Concerning a possible connection between the sent funds and the received funds there is none since as detailed previously and on our About page everything is done to obfuscate any link between the sending address and the destination address.

For those who are interested in performing an on-chain analysis you are welcome and we are waiting for your feedback.

Thanks to you and have a nice day!

temporary then how long will it takes. It is not when people like and come fully that you will stop it. I would prefer you give a time limit on it so it not cut off unaware. I tried checking your site to see the various features in the website but it looks like the site is down or likewise the network from my side. But when entering other places it works well. I wanted to check or tried the mode.

has anybody tried and tested out the "advanced" mode ?
I didn't test their advanced mode because it's waste of money for me to pay 2% fee when I can do the same thing myself manually almost for free.
Other issue for me is that I can't be sure there are no proof or guarantee that Bitcoin I sent won't have any connection with Bitcoin I receive back.

yeah true. i'm curious to know how this mode works and where the coins come from

has anybody tried and tested out the "advanced" mode ?
With such fees, I do not expect that it will get a lot of testers.+ no proof of its working mechanism.

I hope [banned mixer] think again about the fees, with an explanation of the site’s working mechanism.
There are many alternatives and therefore [banned mixer] must compete with multiple alts, either with low fees or by proving that their service is more efficient or has a feature that is not available in the rest of the services.
