@ipsec Because Bitcoin is the first and most dominant crypto currency, market performance of all other coins is directly correlated to that of Bitcoin. As Bitcoin price plunges, so will the price of all the other coins although smaller coins might not suffer as much because those coins are already low in value. Once we have better and reliable Exchanges (i.e. ones that do not rig volume) and government regulators allow short selling without restrictions, crypto markets will improve. But that kind of change takes years!

We are the first smart fork of Bitcoin. We use the rock solid code base of Bitcoin but we do not simply copy its blockchain (which is bloated). I agree that Bitcoin (and traditional forks such as Bitcoin Gold) are bloated and have gigabytes of blocks to download for hours, which is very inconvenient. But Bitcoin RM is a smart fork and you have about 100MB of blocks to download. Other than code base, we don't share any address format, port numbers, difficulty adjustment algo or mining algo with Bitcoin.

We believe that Bitcoin RM is better suited for the future. But ultimately, people (the community) will decide Cool

People are awaiting something from the "creators"...
Of course it is in the interest for the creators that the BCRM take value.
But originally the creators own only 0.1% from the maximum amount possible.

The BCRM has to be "valuated" by the owners and future owners.
If people wait till the BCRM is worth the BTC for buying they will be in the same situation than today.

It took years that BTC become popular and BTC was among few cryptos.
It will take longer for BCRM becaust it is among more cryptos.

I said already:
If you believe in BCRM you have to show it and to proof it.

Merchants and webmasters will have big importance.
If BCRM is only on exchange platforms it will be "short"...

If you bet on value and buy and just wait to give value at the BCRM it will be hard to hope profit.

First step is that maximum people know about BCRM.
Second step is that BCRM owners can use the BCRM like BTC owner can.

BCRM system needs time.

The BCRMpts is market regulated.
What does this exactly mean?

This does mean that if you are not interested in BCRM or BCRMpts you can sell them inside the faucet system for real dollars.

But not only:
BCRMpts make you little profit.
If you are a BCRMpts holder you are a kind of faucet owner and for this you make a profit.

I understand that it is hard to understand this system because the system is UNIQUE.
