I did not read the whole tread and assume this was asked, but why dont you have like a wallet i deposit some BTC in for when i want to rent. When the time is good for a rental the rent can just be subtracted from the amount and the rigs is up and running. Now i have to wait and wait and sometime, well 50% of the time the payment do not go thru

It would be nice to receive a e-mail notification when a user gives feedback on your rig of rental time he had. Now you have to check it by yourself.
Otherwise you'll be spammed if you have a lot of rigs/rentals. And the mail service person uses will count the BetaRigs as Spammer, no.
So make it optional. I too would like to be notified of the feedback I receive. No, because fearing the email service provider to mark you as scam is not the solution. There's a reason most email services have a "add to contacts" / "not spam" option.

When I was browsing through this thread I saw some unhappy leasers & renters (due to problems with the rigs or unresponsive providers) ... well, there seem to be a new service out which solves those issues ... I really like the idea to only rent hash power on demand and to be able to set my own prices (just the way I do when trading coins) ... CPUMiner can be configured as follow:

We renters can not access any logs or stats of rented rigs. It's not fair.
Neither can the rentees. We can only watch our miners, miner logs, pools and pool logs. I am sure that the stratum proxy can even count actual shares and compare to expected contracted shares and automatically extend/shorten the time period and allow clients to obtain perfect service.
