Now it might be a good time to look at this coin...The ANN link on coinmarketcap is still old, would be good to fix it. I don't think the coin needs a new exchange, bittrex in the major one already.

I bought VeriCoin for 2$, now staking, but I have a lost of money by investing into Vericoin Sad
by investing gambling

Wait for the next wave of greater fools. I thought PoW coins would be relatively stable from a price perspective compared to PoS coins or premined tokens, as miners incur real costs to generate new coins. Well, most of PoW coins are still in the lengthy period of high inflation.
High inflation+fading gambling interest+low liquidity on Bittrex=you already feel the consequences.

Just because they are pow does not make them immune to marked situations. When the marked is bullish they also increase by redicolously high %, why should they suddenly not follow the marked when it is bearish?

Hi there. Please clarify, to receive POS staking rewards i have to buy VRC(vericoin), and not VRM(verium)?

These are different blockchains. You need only VRC.

Thanks for clarifying.
Bought small amount of VRC in order to test staking. BTW maybe there is a pos calculator?

I'm not really sure because I've only mined Verium but I think your local wallet is supposed to give you this information when you're staking Vericoin.
Yes, you're right. Already received my first stake rewards. It's not so hard as I thought.

That was quite fast! Staking have some luck involved though so it may be shorter or longer period for your next stake.

Is there a mining calculator for Verium? I like that it's for CPU only. What kind of hashrate and earnings should I be getting with an AMD Ryzen 1600x for example?

Verium CPU mining have usually paid just enough for your electricity.
It is a easy way to invest with mining instead of fiat, and if your computer is on anyway you would probably make a small profit Smiley

There is a excel sheet of which hash people are getting:

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you. I guess it really isn't worth it unless you expect the price to go up, seems like right now it's better to mine Monero with CPU  Sad.

Happy to help Smiley You should also consider the potential for growth. If Monero only gives slightly more while verium can go much higher in % the next year it could still be the best one.

To o many airdrops now a days.Don't know what is legit for those airdrops. Its up to you how to choose true airdrops. It's easy to join different airdrops, but somehow you didn't expect those projects are true... Be wise in choosing airdrops..

Reported you. All your posts are non relevant to the topics. Maybe just use a couple minutes to see what the threads are about before shitposting.

Hi there, since last Friday my Vericoin wallet has stopped paying interest, when it usually pays out 6 to 8 times per day. It is constantly predicting a "Staked block within" 1 hour, which usually means it will pay within minutes. My connection count is 1 - 3, which I got used to since version 1.7.1. , before then it was always 20 connections.  I have done the reload / rescan trick a few times without result. Is anybody else having the same thing? And is there a reason or a fix, please?
