Sorry but it's not incompetence on our end but carelessness on your end so you have to live with it. If you show me the way to "block" the blockchain like you claim then I sincerely apologize for me not knowing how to.

Also just to note it again: You lost probably 15-30 coins and nothing even near to the 200 you want to claim from us now!

as always, the incompetence of the devs has never been faults...

If their wallets don't work then you have the cause of the update. This is not the case here and what you want to claim here is plainly impossible. There is no way to make an old wallet not work anyomre with other old wallets. they form their own network and that is it. Also your wallet is clearly not working correctly if you see a sudden surge (20 times more) stakes then normal!

repeat: also other projects have made this type of fork and their wallet did not work, making users aware of the change and the update

It is impossible to "block" the blockchain. Your wallet is thinking it is working correctly and it actually does but it is on a abandoned fork of the chain. There is nothing you can do about that cause that's how these decentralized networks work. So all people that do not upgrade in time will always stay on an abandoned chain and keep it moving. There is nothing more then spreading you have to update in time which was done one month before the update and another one month until the forked block actually came which means 2 months notice.

you had to block the blockchain right away

I check every day that my wallets work and yours worked

also other projects have made this type of fork and their wallet did not work, making users aware of the change and the update

This is an error on your site and not the blockchain. You missed the update which was posted several times and teased for months. You are late with the update for a very long time so you stuck on an abandoned chain. You would have never generated this much coins on the majority chain so there is by far less "missed" coins then you would even think. You staked 10 times a day where you would have staked once every 2 or 3 days with that amount of coins -> You really only lost about 30 coins and not anything near to the 200 you want to claim here.

You have to manage your wallets and keep track of updates not doing so will give you problems like this over and over again. We posted announcements and tutorials for the update which you can find here: https://medium.com/bitcoin-green - keeping track of those is your responsibility.

unfortunately I have to note that there are no more serious projects. even bitg is not professional.
I bought bitg from the beginning of the project and I've been in staking forever.
the other day I sent 30 coins, after months that I did not, and only so I discovered that there are problems on the blockchain, because they never arrived at their destination (despite more than 60 confirmations).
since the staking has never had problems and I have always received the coins daily, how could I have noticed their changes on the blockchain?
they should have stopped the staking in order to be aware of the problem right away ...
now I have updated the wallet and I find myself less than half the value ... (I was already at a loss first because I bought 100 bitg for 1000 euro)

before wallet update

update wallet update

I hope the dev will give me back the coins lost to prove the seriousness of the project

Qabio Your stats are WAAAAY off, active masternodes 85? ROI 2000% or something?
*************************************************************************

Anyway i had issues with my masternode / wallet after the spilt issue. They helped me for 3 days sorting everything out without losing it, as i made a few noob mistakes i would have lost temper in their position myself :S. Seriously surprised about how mature they were into solving it. Big thanks to Xezz and Bitgfaucet for their patience with me. Very excited what the future will bring. POS is one thing, but competing with other POS projects is another. If you are lucky to get a masternode you could become part of something big, at this moment there is not much difference between having a MN or a staking wallet. However in the future MN’s will become more and more important as they will become needed for special services. Like privacy implementation in the future or SwifTX transactions. Hi. This looks interesting. How much coins are needed for a masternode? 85% is ROI in a year? How much is total supply and when all coins will be generated? And on what exchange to buy and how much cost a masternode?

This has been an incredibly dependable ROI coin. As soon as their staking exchange goes live in September, and a potential rebrand to BitGreen (and with it Bittrex!) might be a soon to be sustained moon!

Early adopter here. I've been involved in a few other projects, and I keep an eye on many more. BITG has been an incredibly good investment. So far it has been a stable project that performs well when it seems like everything else is in the toilet. The team is responsive and capable. Coin has been almost completely without issue and those few issues we have had were resolved professionally and quickly.

I just consider myself lucky to have gotten in when I did. Smiley

BITG ftw.

I am very happy with BITG during this long bear market.
Now, I have MNs and I am staking, so my income is increasing even if the market is red. Smiley

BITG has been great, within hours of an issue being discovered the team jumps right on it and gets it resolved, and much faster than many of the coins ive been following for years.

Check out BITGfaucet.com for some free BITG too!

Bad that a lot of negativity becomes the topic Bitcoin Green. I just like the idea, especially the green color. But until I'm in a hurry, we'll see what happens.
