If I buy cadastrals through the BTC wallet for example.
Are the funds held in escrow until launch?
How/when am I sent the cadastrals upon launch?

Nobody is impressed with you.  Many of us have careers, families, property, investments, friends, etc...  You are nothing special and never will be.  Nobody cares about the worthless accolades you have received.  It's too bad you have chosen to use what little talent that you have and use it to become the scammer that you are today.  When in life did you choose to take the easy path to becoming a Con Man?

i just find it quite odd that someone who "supposedly" donated to prozcoin doesn't know who "tim frost" is, since he was the lead developer, and shannon code was the one that did all the coding and handled the back end work.  I was "CCO" which means "chief communications officer", lol.

I just REALLY can't take you seriously since you make all these claims that are clearly false, and can't even seem to keep your own bullshit accusations straight.

I would love to see the reaction on a fraud investigator's face when you show him your "evidence", lol

I hope he laughs out loud.

To me it sounds like you have a lot of free time and must be in your mother's basement or something.  If you have a family, pretty sure you spend more time writing me than you do with them, lol so I don't really buy it.

Also, you keep quoting some doctored post, and won't even reference the original prozcoin thread because it completely contradicts you:

"The Research and Development team led by Shannon Code intends to use capital generated from the sale of Proz Coins to create innovative software and hardware.  The creations developed with/for the Coin Proz Network will be tested and hardened throughout the digital infrastructure. These innovations will come in a variety of flavors, from open sourced to commercial."

Funny how you can't even keep the story straight

Also any Academic institution I can connect you to will be informed that you are using their credentials in your scams.

You mean like "Indiana University" who literally gave me an award in 2010 for my accomplishments in machine learning?

I'm not sure you understand how "research" works, as you should have contacted these institutions before launching your extortion scheme to actually confirm whether or not I went there, lol

I am literally in Indiana University Literature being quoted, lol

So you're telling me the Telecommunications Department that is quoting me on a publication in 2010 is somewhere you HAVEN'T yet contacted about my credentials?

lol...not sure you understand how this works

Chris

It is you that needs to understand what words mean.

Extortion:

the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.

I am not trying to obtain anything from you and I am not threatening you.  I am informing you that I will be contacting a variety of agencies regarding your obvious scams that you are running.  They probably will care less about some small time scammer like you so you likely have nothing to worry about.

If you want me to be Tim Frost then that is fine.  I can be anyone you want.   It is the sign of a weak man to continue to drop names of other peoples in attempt to put the focus of your scams on other individuals.  You should be in politics since you are such a lying wimp of a man and always willing to throw others under the bus.  You did it with Shannon Code and now you are doing it with Tim Frost.  Anything to deflect attention from yourself and change the subject which is you being a scammer.

Bitland is a SCAM.  Chris Bates is a Scammer.  That is reality.  Not the lies you tell.

Hey, if you are in love with me, you don't have to go through this trouble...

I understand the obsession, because hey, I am a good looking man.

But if you want to make overtures about how much you love me, please keep it in private.

Thanks!

Only person that loves you is you.

You are a scammer.  Bernie Madoff raised hundreds of millions with his scam so amount of money raised is meaningless.  Scam is still a scam.

The only thing you do with any monies raised is fund your travel and expenses to pretend you are important.

CHRIS BATES IS A SCAMMER.  IF YOU BUY HIS SCAMS YOU LOSE BTC.

CHRIS BATES IS A LYING SCAMMER.

You are a scammer.  You know you are a scammer.  I will call you a scammer.  I will tell people you are a scammer. There is nothing you can do about it.

You should change your name to Chris Scammer Thief Liar Bates.

I'm currently in contact with my Attorney preparing a fraud lawsuit against you.  I will be contacting others that I can identify that were also scammed by you and ask them to join Class Action lawsuit against you for defrauding people of their money.  I am also reporting you to FinCen, The FBI, and SEC since you are operating out of the United States. Also any Academic institution I can connect you to will be informed that you are using their credentials in your scams.  I don't like to do this but you ignorance, lies and continued scamming makes it a public service to stop you from stealing more btc from innocent peoples.  I hate thieves like you.  While most of us earn our money scammers like you are too stupid to make money on your own so you steal from others with your scams.

I hope you do not like me because I do not like you.  You are liar thief scammer dishonest ignorant asshole.

I love how now I "created OpenLedger", as if that would have been something bad anyways.

This is actually pretty funny:

"You created an exchange that has $100,000/day in volume...you suck"

I didn't create OpenLedger, but that logic...

So this CSO - L. Christopher Bates started another project called OpenLedger and here is the proof: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annicoo-ico-openledger-the-official-ico-pre-launch-token-1479359

ICOO Advisory Board:[/size]
Larry C. Bates

Chris Bates is a telecommunications and cyber-security specialist. He received a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University in 2007 and a M.S. in Telecommunications in 2009 with a focus in immersive mediated environments.  During the first M.S. he worked on creating digital algorithms that generated music with human interaction.

He will receive M.S. in Cyber-Security for enterprise scale organizations with a 3.93 GPA in July, 2016 from Colorado Technical University.
Currently he is Chief Security Officer for Bitland Global.  The project focuses on utilizing blockchain technology to register land titles and record new plots of unregistered land with the larger goal of settling land disputes and unlocking land capital in developing countries.  Boesing and OpenLedger have been fervent supporters of Bitland, and CCEDK has also helped their crowdfunding efforts.  Chris will serve on the Advisory board for CCEDK and work alongside the team to help find the most promising start-ups in the blockchain industry.
With the aim to help bring transparency to governments and bring development to disenfranchised areas around the world, Chris wants to bridge the gap between technology and the people, in order to realize the economy of the future.
In addition to technological pursuits, Chris composes music and performs in his free time and his performing name “Tabali Tigi” can be found on the roster of the music label Strong Roots Records.

Of course he deleted OP not to make foolish investors smell scam there.

I will remind everyone to be careful of both the projects: Bitland and OpenLedger
They are sure shot scam projects. No doubt about that.

SCAM

Why is this scam from scammer Chris Bates is still going.  Looking at the posts it is obvious that Chris Bates the scammer is 90% of the posts.  He keeps posting to keep thread on front page to attract victims for his scam.  PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM FROM SCAMMER CHRIS BATES!

Chris Bates is a scammer.  Invest in Chris Bates Scam and lose your btc.

Chris Bates is a scammer after your btc.  He is a liar after your btc.

What you going to do now Chris you scammer?  Threaten me?  I don't care because you are a scammer and your scammy African land bullshit is just another one of your scams.

Chris this is a suggestion. You need an easier way to access cadastral. Omni and openledger are not used and no one likes it because it is difficult.

I have said multiple times that Bitland will be developing its own standalone UX.  I guess people who keep complaining about the same issues especially concerning trading tokens seem not to be concerned with the actual success of the project, so I have a hard time understanding why this keeps coming up from the same people.

Chris

Everything you say is a lie you scammer.  You will be developing but you will never deliver just like prozcoin.  People keep complaining because you offer nothing but lies.  You are nothing but con man, a liar, and scammer.  When you abandon this scam project will you blame everyone but yourself like you always do?

You will never deliver anything.  You have no skills other than conman.  Just like you never produced wallet for prozcoin even though you stated it would be ready in days:

You all killed this project.

You are not "shareholders", and to act like you are is either disingenuous or displays an extreme lack of understanding.

After all this time, only two people have ever contacted our team beyond this thread.  None of you ever wanted this project to succeed, so stop pretending.

You don't talk to grown men like this, and expect a positive response right?

As far as I'm concerned, anyone still posting in this thread is just doing it out of pure malice.

[ICOO] ICO OpenLedger - THE OFFICIAL ICO PRE-LAUNCH TOKEN

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annicoo-ico-openledger-the-official-ico-pre-launch-token-1479359

apart from trolls/fud etc.. does that mean you are not working on it anymore? or are there still plans for the future?

I don't know what you mean apart from the trolls/fud.  They killed any momentum this project ever had last year, and there is no recovering from that.  Anyone who is pretending to be concerned about this project "now" is pretty condescending to me as far as I'm concerned.  I am very much done with this project, because of the toxic culture that was dominating crypto last year.  Anything associated with that year is tarnished because of them, and is unrecoverable.  This is a result of people taking the word of trolls as gospel.  I have no interest in basically volunteering "my" time for ungrateful and hateful people.  There is nothing but vitriol here, and part of the reason we tried to move away from here in the first place.  We had a forum that no one contacted us on or used.  Now people are saying they "believe in the project"...?  Yeah...No...

As well, the way people feel entitled to talk down to "me" or any of us for that matter...No...not happening...I won't take part in that...

Chris

You are a jerk.  You raised money for this project then did absolutely nothing except make some crappy website.  Now you blame others for your complete incompetence and inability to get anything done.

Are you going to be refunding the people that you took money from?

You sold prozcoin on CryptoShoppers website.  Have you properly claimed that revenue with the IRS?  You likely violated FinCen rules as well as SEC requirements.  Don't come on here with your smug attitude when you are the one that took peoples money.  The nerve of you.  If you're being talked down to it's because you deserve it.

Back in August you promised a wallet in a few days.  You never delivered on that just as you never delivered on anything.  If the coin failed it's your fault for being unable to make it work.  You are an ignorant SOB and to come on here and disrespect people that basically handed you money in good faith is beyond reprehensible.  I'd like to finish this by saying one more thing.  GO TO HELL ASSHOLE.

Is Omni accepts USD only?

Tether, which you can get on OpenLedger or Omnidex.

On Omni portal, it has to be a single fixed token, and we chose "Tether" because it is pegged to USD.

Chris

Chris this is a suggestion. You need an easier way to access cadastral. Omni and openledger are not used and no one likes it because it is difficult.

Chris

no, you are looking very one sided... open ledger and omni are harder to use so not many people use them. If you are on an exchange that people use then it is publicity for your project. What is wrong with being on an exchange that anyone can access? Make it easy to buy cadastral and people are more likely to buy it. If it is harder then people are less likely. This is very basic logic.
RIght now if i come to you and say how do i get cadastral? you will say go to omni or openledger. if i do not know computers very well i will go and be like this is confusing, maybe not.

Right now people who don't know computers can't use even Bitcoin, so this is kind of a red herring.

Again, if someone goes to exchange to get "Cadastrals" that isn't ACTUALLY supporting the project, so again I am not sure where this argument is coming from.

I don't understand why anyone thinks we have anything to do with deciding if we are on Poloniex or not.  That is NOT in our hands.

It's not that I don't WANT to be on Poloniex, it's that I can't do anything about it.  If you put the same amount of time into tweeting at Poloniex, they might list Cads.

Cheers!

Also, part of the beauty of OpenLedger is if someone makes a dumbass trade and dumps the token, you can figure out exactly who did it:

"jambo110 wants 1.13 BTS for 565 CADASTRAL"

 Roll Eyes

Why would anyone do that?

lol

Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking when they pull dumbass moves like that.

This is partially why we are waiting to release PoA tokens until market has a chance to stabilize.  Anyone who participated in twitter/sig campaign has no incentive to not dump the tokens.  PoA tokens will be released within a few days.
