To avoid being accused of scamming we generate digitally signed Letter of Guarantee for every order. Everyone can verify the Letter of Guarantee and check blockchain for transaction we made.
It is a digitally signed provably evidence for every address we generate, for every order.

Also the Letter of Guarantee is uniqe evidence of your order stored on your side. If you sent coins after we deleted your order's info from our database (after 12 hours timeframe), we can restore and process your order from the Letter of Guarantee.

In so far as we erase order's data after 12 hours, we do not accept any claims without a Letter of Guarantee.

Due to a stupid mistake I send a second transaction to a bitmixer address I used after many hours and I don't have the letter of guarantee (which I wouldn't be able to verify anyways)... Is there any way to contact them, apart from their website, on which you can't submit a ticket and does anyone know if I am going to be able to get any of the coins back if I provide enough evidence (they claim to delete everything, so what would they accept as evidence?)

The generated address is valid only for 12 hours. So we do not recommend to use an exchange in case of delayed payments. If your exchange guarantees instant transfer, you can.

2) If the above it true, then the identity of the sender (Exchange) will be masked in my online wallet or what will it show me?
Yes, you will receive coins never linked with source address.

3) Is it safe mixing a bigger amount of BTC on here (im thinking 4).
If you have any doubts you may mix step by step with smaller sums, just use the same bitcode. We can mix up to 2000 BTC at once.
