Well , I had problem with the web site, it is the first time sent more than 0.1 btc the page for me the mix , this time send 0.4, and for some strange reason the btc have not yet reached my wallet , I have the letter of guarantee that you download before performing the operation costs (as usual I do) , and send a message to email the support ( since the form page does not send anything) , I hope to have a prompt and satisfactory response , I've already taken all the tests as screenshots showing the direction of my wallet , but the direction of the wallet ( generated bitmixer.io ) in which also include the sending of 0.4 btc and the letter of guarantee, I hope everything turns out well as they act in good faith.

regards
You order has been completed at time. Please use https://blockchain.info to check your destination address.

Please ALWAYS save (and verify) Letter of Guarantee before send us coins! If something goes wrong, we can't help you without a Letter of Guarantee. The support team doesn't have access to mixing transactions, the database is encrypted, moreover we delete all order's info after 24 hours. We keep the private key of the generated address for several days, so if you sent coins after 24 hour we still can process your order ONLY if you have the Letter of Guarantee.

I will surely do so from now on. Better safe than sorry.

It's been several weeks since, so you won't be able to help if you do truly delete all data.
I guess it was your error, late payment or wrong site. Anyway please always save the Letter of Guarantee (just to check further who was wrongful). And please PM me your ticket number, I'll see what the issue.

btw You guys have a nice little get out every time anyone claims an issue, "oh you must have been on the wrong site" or used a phishing site, yada yada yada.

I'll continue using your service, if I was running an anonymous bitcoin mixer I'd probably be sneaky enough to selective scam a small minority as well ( after who will ever believe them if you only do it to 1% of people) but I'll be sure to always save the letter in future.

There's no way a phishing site sent me 1/2 the payment, I was on the correct site.

bitmixer will not help you if you have any issues. forget it
Our support team works 24x7. The typical time of response to the new ticket is 5-20 min.

Bollocks, you selectively scam. I will continue to use your service but it's clear that you have some method to detect whether the user saves the letter of guarantee, and scam some of those who do not.

I have put tens of thousands through your service and will do so but on the one occasion I forgot to save the letter I was scammed. Not a coincidence.

Its clever, I give you that.
Oh, really? Do you think we can risk our reputation? Nope, thousands clients trust us. Tell me your ticket number, I'll see your issue.
Btw, we don't have unprocessed orders. You probably sent coins to the old (deleted) address or used a phishing site. For the moment there are many scams copied our website, like bitmixr.io or btmixer.io. Be careful.

Nope, was correct site, was correct address and 1 of the 2 payments came through. Your support simply claims they can't help so it's worthless.

Clever selective scamming.

I am using BITMIXER for quite some time now and while I know it's not smart, I have never saved the letter of guarantee when mixing coins.

And all times I used BITMIXER to mix my coins nothing happened as all clean coins came through without any problems.

Oh, I understand now. Do you mean the mixer who copypasted our service including FAQs and other text from our website? Well, if service starts from a theft of intellectual property, people probably need some kind of proofs Wink. As I see they proved it's 'cold' storage. It is ridiculous and stupid. We don't have cold storage, we don't collect all bitcoins at one wallet. Our current 2,500 btc are distributed to thousands independent wallets. During next 24 hours all those coins will be transferred independently to thousands of our clients. If we public the list of wallets, all our clients for the next 24 hours could be potentially tracked (as well as clients who sent us those coins, and who already received part of this pool).

btw, if you don't trust us, you don't need to send us 2500 btc ot once, you may start with a smaller sum and mix step by step.

I have saw another crypto mixing services who show their proof of bitcoin to another users bitcointalk, do you can do same? And it will make your services more trusted by costumers.
What proof do you mean? We generate Letter of Guarantee signed by our account 1BitmixerEiyyp3eTLaCpgBbhYERs48qza for every mix. It is a digitally signed proof of our obligations. In case of cheating anyone may show this Letter to public. We have outstanding reputation since Jan 2014, currently we process over 80,000 btc monthly. I think no additional proofs needed.

It is difficult to prove that the address where you transferred funds is your. More difficult to prove that second address is belong to you. Third and subsequents - impossible. Unlike darknet markets or another mixers, our generated addresses are not traceable. Coinbase may trace where you send coins to only from your coinbase account, but not all next movements, because it is silly. Anyway we operate like a web-wallet, or like a thousands independent wallets. btw you are wrong about our mixing algorithm.

First of all, I would like to thank Bitmixer.IO for providing us with such a reliable service for bitcoin privacy. I have successfully transferred over $30,000 in 20 separate transactions and all of them have gone through. Each time I save and verify the "Letter of Guarantee" as well as double check my addresses as well as the bitmixer.io web address to make sure I am not on a phishing site.

I have a question for Bitmixer.IO in the below paragraph, but here's the background for my question. I know that some notable bitcoin exchanges are monitoring my transactions and do blockchain analysis to make sure their funds are not being used for anything against their TOS. I have monitored my transactions from the bitcoin exchange and Bitmixer.IO seems to take my funds then break them down into smaller chunks first to simulate payments. Then the main chunk of my funds are eventually combined with an address that contains a very large amount of bitcoins. This address must be the combination of funds from new inputs from different customers. Then that address is slowly giving out funds to other addresses.

So my question is, since the most popular USA bitcoin exchange monitors customer transactions, what if my funds sent from my exchange ends up in one of these addresses which combine a lot of customer transferred funds? Let's say one of the customer transactions was linked with a Darknet marketplace such as AlphaBay. Then wouldn't my funds also be linked with AlphaBay? If so, then my account would be closed which is what I'm trying to avoid at all costs.

We completely delete all order's information after 24 hours from our database (that is why you have to save the Letter of Guarantee).
but how is it then possible to use the same bitmixerCODE if you delete all data?
We delete information about your order, like  your destination addresses, custom, fees, amount you received, etc. The bitcode is used to mark your coins (and remains after next transactions) in our reserve. Until all your coins went out from our pool. Bitcode doesn't content any useful information, it is only a range of letters. Next time you use our service you are protected from receiving your previous coins, only because they are marked by bitcode.
