Excuse my French, I dropped my phone to the WC. I did not have a replacement. After that, It was like a moment my head was fired. Bittrex 2FA was on the phone and there was no backup. Thanks to the god it didn’t take too long to remember that 3 days ago I withdraw money to my wallet. These are dangerous things, need to be careful.
By the way, you can ask the Bittrex support to disable your 2FA.You only need to give them your info about your IPs you connected to Bittrex, deposit or withdraw transactions and account balances.Good thing you withdrawed your coins before losing the phone in the toilet.

I had an issue with withdrawal couple days ago and they solved it in 2 hours through bittrex support. And guys they increased withdrawal fees for all ethereum coins.

Anybody havez already test the Bittrex Support ?
1 month i'm waiting a answer to get my money, no news... i'm worry about it !

Yesterday they sent a global e-mail saying they are totally lost and asking you to say hello if you still need that ticket.
** WE ASK THAT IF YOUR ISSUE HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SOLVED THAT YOU REPLY TO THIS EMAIL OR UPDATE YOUR TICKET
Make sure you answer that.
I still have no access to my money but at least they know I did not give up.
My issue was solved yesterday. They are alive

Asking on their slacks might be better, try it. I saw on a previous pages, people get quick responses when they asked it on the slacks

Looks like their SYNX wallet is blocked (down 216 minutes) even though my wallet and other exchanges (Cryptopia) are up and moving fine...

unfortunately yes, it is normal.Nearly every exchange I know is charging 0.001 BTC withdrawal fee.
That was introduced because of the full blocks.
But you can try to request "default" and "priority" withdrawals. Some exchanges have this feature. If you want a fast transfer you are paying 0.001, but if you have time you are paying much less. If enough people request such feature, the exchange might add it.
Don't know about current situation but till few days back, Poloniex was charging only 0.0001 BTC fee. Most probably their current fee would still be 0.0001 BTC.

Whether you already try to make a tweet?If you have not done so try tweeting for bittrex, it's indeed less effective but better try it than just wait and make a ticket continuously.
