So NY is the only state in the US that cannot use bittrex?
What if you are in another country for a long amount of time? Can you use bittrex then like if you are in canada for a few months? Say you get canadian bank account and canadian internet bill in your name?

Started from february 12, i finished verification 05/24, when your exchange type me that dont have any question to my account. From that moment i heard million promises that my account will enable today/tomorrow, your support do anything, just bla-bla-bla. And u still hold my money for 6,5 months!!!!! Is it normal?!? Only selfy i send them 5 times or mo Your support ENABLE my account for about 2 months ago, but I CAN’T withdrawal my funds still. Support just told me that it is a “technical moment” and TODAY u will get your withdrawal function. 2 months i heard this.
See tos 2.2 you violated TOS "2.2. Restricted Locations

10.5. Survival
The terms of Sections 2.3, 3.3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 through 20 will survive any termination of your access to the Services.
The tos you violated (2.2) doesn't qualify as survival and your money is gone.

Bittrex is too big of a scam to get a license anywhere but the middle east. The USA rightfully rejected their applications after about 10 minutes of research.

Seen this new exchange - Beaxy - The All-in-One Cryptocurrency Exchange, they just recently launch, I just don't know their current volume now since they are not yet listed in coinmarket.
I clicked the link in your post, it took me to the Beaxy Exchange thread. They launched around 16 months ago and have a flood of complaints against them:I intentionally link you to the thread so you can also read the feedback, AFAIK, they have gone live formally just recently, so you can expect some complains but it doesn't mean it's a bad site, there's still more room for improvement, and yes they also have less volume since they just recently launch.
If they went live formally recently what were they doing 16 months ago when the launched and went live? From what I saw on their thread there were not some complaints rather there were too many complaints.
As for room for improvement, all exchanges should have it. As for their volume, I never checked it but I suspect it is tiny not only because it is a 16 month old exchange but also because they have a very reputation.

To me i've been kicked as i did not pass kyc (because i chose not to). Kyc is mandatory to withdraw from exchange, not to keep my account alive.

A genuine, legit and transparent company would not hesitate in answering any questions asked by potential investors weather they like the questions being asked or not. A scam company will lie, ignore & avoid any & all questions from anyone who asks - which is exactly what you're doing.

Fake accounts, banned accounts, fake office location, refusal to answer a single question, known fraudulent registration address in tax free haven, multiple proven lies, etc, etc - see my previous posts on this thread. This is a scam waiting to happen, stay away from it.
