Hi, can someone post payouts of the multipool? How many blackcoins can you get per mhash per day?

http://poolpicker.eu/

I can't understand why BC pool is on top.

I had 5 MH on the pool for 12 hours on Friday and I got paid only 85BC no way it's profitable must be missing something

A lot has changed between Friday and Today (Tuesday). The pool is getting more efficient each day.

Ok will give it another try  Wink

Yeah I was disappointed by the Friday payout too, but the payouts have been getting very good the last couple days.

Is today Blackout Wednesday already ?  Wink

It is Blackout Wednesday Eve!!! Which is technically just as important.

And on another note....

As blackcoin rises, the number of trolls diminishes. I bet some even hold about 200-500 BC secretly hoping while publicly trolling. Trolls actually keep us motivated and helps the price go up. I just think about this one point: virtually everyone who has bought blackcoin at any time and held it for just two days has made some money. Troll on that!

Don't kid yourself that BC has - or will ever have - anything approaching the network effect that Bitcoin or litecoin do.

On which Law do you refer?

The law that says it's easier to gain "network effect" when there's 2 competitors than when there's 2000.

I don't see 2000. The only "competitors" I see are the 18 positions ahead of us on coinmarketcap.com (including NXT). That's all.

Really folks. A quick look at history will show that ALL of the many car manufacturers after Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler just couldn't survive. The Big three had all the 'network effect' and nobody other than them could make and sell a new car. I read that the Japanese tried, but they failed miserably. Take a look outside today and you will not see a single Japanese car. Anywhere. Even in Japan. The Germans had a couple good ideas too, but they all failed. In fact (thank god) the main reason they lost the war was that they couldn't make cars well enough, or sell them to anyone.

Very nice analogy. Love it  Smiley
edit: and Koreans failed as well.

The amount of BC depends on the price, but, you can go to http://poolpicker.eu/ and see that you get 0.00543 BTC worth of BC in the last 24 hours if you mine at blackcoinpool.com.

It's now more profitable to mine at http://blackcoinpool.com than http://middlecoin.com, http://wafflepool.com and http://hashcows.com.

That's ok. There are plenty who will.

Wait till you see how easily everyone converts their "coin" to proof of stake with a single hard fork.

It's okay. I'm a little angry I didn't get in at the beginning either. Anyway, I'm still investing in this coin, even if I feel a bit late to the party. Why? Virtually no inflation, constant upward pressure applied by the multipool, and a large, motivated community. There's really very little competition when you look at it from that perspective.

When BC was sitting at 500 satoshi this board was wrapped up with FUD of all sorts. Most of it was childish with a few fud posts being somewhat intelligent. I ignored all that fud and purchase the coin based on the merits of the coin. Purchased about 20k BC at the 500 price then later purchased more as it went up.

There was no hype for BC during those low price days and the coin still went up in value. I think it is because people like me outnumbered the naysayers of doom and gloom. When I see posts today trying to downplay the success of BC as temporary because of whatever reasoning they have I'm reminded how over half the post back then were posts just like that. BC grew when there was no hype, it grew when there was no multi-pool, it grew when there was no media attention, and it will grow with or without you.

I have noticed all the posts of "BC is a scam coin" have stopped. I wonder why that is?
