ah ha that is you lol,,, good see and old name again hard o miss yours...good luck with the BTC thing and terrahash, I was lucky and pressed my bank for a chargeback even though the paypal time had expired...eventually in a nick of time I got all my money back and in hindsight was the best thing that could have happened. The klondikes were a great concept at the time, but the difficulty was chewing them up quickly. Anyways good to see you in here,,,, I'm liking what I see with BC and a way to multi pool for it, even though I have never cared for anyone but myself choosing the coins to mine, so its a leap of faith for me but its BC that I'm after. Plus I went out and bought a few coins a few days ago and needless to say, I am really in the "black" right now no pun intended lol seems your doing ok as well  

I am really glad to see this posted by IconicExpert... The number of POS/Multipool coins is rising alarmingly and we sure don't want BC to become myspace! We should come up with something to suck in the other clone-coins as well (in this light this should be BC's anthem -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnlDKHFtUKo, picture this song in an animation where BC slaughters all other coins; i wish i could make that  :-) .....  On the other hand these other coins failing could also pose a threat, as it potentially affects the trust in BC; a lot of people think the multipool is the only reason BC is up.... They are wrong, of course.
I will think of new ways to strengthen our investment and so should everyone here.

anyway premine some how favour devs not community.
with non premine you need active community to keep roling and help devs.
And Devs/supporters have shit unless they do good job.
Now i can say that i saw rat4,soepkip with 30k-50k now they have more... but  they have to make a lot around coin around crypto and they were donated/payed for it.
Good is that those donations and market share boosts their activity and motivates them.
In premine you don't have such pressure for making something.
I don't call all premine as scams but many of them were scams.
Scams like PANDA... ipo scam Edgecoin...they are exitst
Many premine devs is writing they will do X Y Z but never have do it but they cash out on 1st occasion with pump because they can.
From my experience i see that premined coins usualy have short lifespown and hype.
If you look at top 10 crypto in coinmaket cap they is something in it becouse not man coins are premined conclusion is simple this is not helping coin this is pure fact...premine is making oposite effect to helping coin.
It is like with people bornig in wealth family and some pure child who need to fight for survive.
In long run those "poor" coins have bigger will to fight than those "rich".
And we clearly see it on coin-market cap.

Even funnier, is the fact having 'limited edition' printed on the card could make it a collectors item in the future. Particularly in view of the fact only 300 were ever produced. It will likely become like a rare bank note if this coin becomes as big as I think it might in the future.

I'll be putting the 2 I ordered in glad wrap & an airtight bag, and hiding it in the back of a drawer once they arrive 

well ok.. maybe some are built by some devs intending to make a quick buck.. but it's not really a scam either. he made a coin and it's open source. so basically the community owns it. they can always take over the coin as we've seen done before on many coins. i see it as just products put on the shelf for anyone to take up. how good that product is i guess in the eye of the beholder lol.

Very well written. The key as you referred to is to get company's on board that will sell their products. If you and us, can achieve this then BC will survive and flourish. So many have tried and marketed considerably well their coins only to fall along the wayside with the rest of "what might have been" coins. Ok, my contribution to the cause is limited to mining on BC pool and holding lol. The temptation is great to sell. But I am seeing to many unique things for this coin and can't wait for coinkite to be in place. I will be watching close in May for the things you mention? Lets hope this ball BC keeps rolling! Thanks for you contributions, I surely am still getting to know this coin but so far I really like what I see, and I have mined almost every type of coin there is in every way

Im one of the lucky ones I bought a lot of BC at an average of about 800 satoshis, but even with that being my average buy in mark I have decided today to go buy some more BTC so that I can invest further.  I realized that all the cheap BC were there before all the development, and with the way that the dev team has been building this coin we may very well surpass LTC in the next 6 months or so which means anything I invest now has the possibility to increase another 1000%

$5000 of invested now = 20000 BC
20000 BC in the future =

somewhere between $0 and $200000

even if its only a 5% chance that we surpass LTC its still a good buy

I agree with everything, except when you say that there are no scam coins.

there is no price manipulation. if a market wants to go up no sell wall can stop it no matter how large. but if a market is not ready to go up any sell wall can send it reeling a bit.

all these complaints of pumpndumps and market manipulation is stemming from the skeptic leeches of crypto world. they view all cryptocoins as a scam of some sort and dont respect them as real investment opportunities. this is why mega farms have raped coins across the board, believing they will never get a return unless they cashout for small profits.. a couple months ago we were mining at $40 per mh/24hrs, before that it was $80 and $100.. now it is $10 and as low as $1.

many have wasted their time and energy in crypto. even those big farms that just dumped all their stock on the market for cashing out purposes. they lost out because they didnt give their mined coins a chance to flourish. even tho they had the upper hand in that by mining so many coins and holding off the market as a true investor would, would guaruntee price rising from constant new investors over time. but instant gratification has been the downfall of alt/crypto. communities couldve taken any coin and done what we are doing with blackcoin. but as long as so many heaps believe and spread the idea that cryptocoins are a scam, they destroy their own future wealth or even the possibility.

it's called self-fulfilling prophecy. you label it a scam and so you treat it like a scam, then and only then does it really become a scam because of the way you handle it and the scam caller becomes the scammer.

most of the dumpers dont even understand how crypto investment really works or theyd never sell their mined coins the day after they mined it and crash markets. they dont understand that btc is perpetual investment if they work together as a community continually reinvesting btc gained from sold coins to buy more if price drops. i have watched it all over the exchanges.. poor trading by noob traders.. trading small margins and downtrading their stock to nothingness. then they abandon it because it's dead and call it a scam.. lol the irony.

sorry for wall of text, but ive wanted to say that for a long time on this forum. maybe i should make a thread for it ;p

but let me just lastly say.. there are no scam coins in crypto. as long as u can generate enough investment for a coin it will be successful for all participants. as long as u dont bleed a coin's investment dry, you will always have a reasonable income for ur mining. dont oversell markets when their demand is low. sell a little every day if u must get rid of them as ur decision. always leave some room for a recovery so u can sell at the same price again, and again, and again.. or maybe even higher the next day.

Namecoin isn't really crypto currency. It's a crypto DNS. I wouldn't add namecoin to competing currencies. It has it's own class.

Mastercoin/ripple, more like scamcoin.
