Looks fishy as fuck. Do u understand that a bridge between chains is never gonna happen because it assumes centralization as a guiding metrics and would bring a single point of failure to a seemingly decentralized system. This crap can be discussed bashed badmouthed or praised but it will not work. And there isn't a legit relationship between this scam and arc. U will get it when u get older.
You should check your sources. I've spoken directly with the Ark team and there is in fact a legitimate relationship between Ark and Blockpool.

Ark was a perfect clean slate to start with. They removed the smart contracts from the LISK chain which were a total mess. We plan on building our own smart contract system on our fork of Ark or if LISK comes out with one that is acceptable then we can look at adopting their smart contract system on our blockchain. Until then the plan is to build our own smart contracts. We don't really need sidechains although it would be a nice feature to have for future projects. Our platform would be able to provide communication between different chains if needed, it would just require plugins be built for it. As BLOCKPOOL grows and different organisations adopt our platform, I'm sure we will come across that scenario.

This project really looks very interesting and will keep eye on this. Let's see how thing move forward people already begins to show interest as being on ARK and working on similar idea can be huge. I have booked marked this topic to loose it among so many rotated already.
