Now cryptocurrencies are not very widespread and tokens are difficult to sell or change. If cryptocurrencies will become more prevalent, and the tokens will be easier to sell, the ICO will become more popular.

This token already lised on yobit. You can trade this versus btcYobit becomes more and more popular. A lot of tokens are traded on Yobit. It is very good. I hope that soon site will appear. The idea of project is very good and usefull and tokens are already traded.

At non-blockchain platforms you do the same
Though the service ger some fees in exchange. Perhaps blockchain can help to reduce fees. We haven't seen any proof of it, though

In my opinion, the cryptocurrency was created only to collect money from hamsters. This project does not have an official site, their application does not even have a beta version, and the characteristics of the cryptocurrency are unknown. It is also worth noting that the only exchange that adopted BRH is Iobit, and this exchange is famous for a large number of crypto currency-pacifiers.
