2.Download Bitradio.conf from here ( https://blockchain.bitrad.io/ ) and paste it in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Bitradio\

We have all blockchain data on blockchain.bitrad.io . There you will also find a howto.txt which explains how to proceed.

synchronization can take much time, depending on internet speed...
Have you tried restarting the wallet? Maybe try out web based wallet over at BTCpop, they accept small deposits...

Trading volume is very low, and it's lowest on BTCPOP, even though you can stake there... Maybe the problem is only CREX and Trade Satoshi show up on Coinmarketcap...

Yes, all accounts have to be activated manually, and we didn't thought we would get as much registrations so it can take a bit more time.
