btw you should post that in cannacoin thread. They made the mistake when coding their wallet (approx. 3 month after the first cannabiscoin wallet release)

Yes I made the same mistake in the past.

The coins are NOT gone but you need help from the webmaster. You need to contact support.

Wish there was a way that the program can tell which address is valid and which isnt

your coins are not gone. You can ask bittrex to load the canna wallet cointaining your address into the cann daemon. they will be able to send the coin back .... but I don't know if they want to do it ( purhaps they don't want to waste time on customers mistakes).
