First the "PEPECASH Airdrop" , i dont get exactly what Penisium has to do with PEPE . And second "Penisium and cards to be sent out over the next few days." , the cards are not Penisium also just bigger amount ?

Of course. Once you activate Proof of LoL there's no way to extinguish it apart from death, and it would just grow and spread everywhere.
Perhaps devs should award Penisium also to the funniest posts on thread. Proof of LoL has escaped their exclusive control now that thread partecipant are starting to perform Proof of LoL by themselves.
So just widen your Proof of LoL concept and so make more Penisium hodlers, devs!

I watched the live PoL, and I gotta say, this can't still be a hangover, otherwise, I'm going to say the Americans would take them in a drinking tournament. I think a future event with a worldwide panel of judges might produce a better reception when it comes down to fair and balanced judgement of humor. At the end of the day, I gotta accept this all must have been one big joke to see how much time they could get people to invest into their game.
