From my experience with other MN's you can expect to get roughly 70-75% on average of what it says there. some days you may get more but from my experience most days you get less
I agree. This is pretty much the trend I have seen with all new coins coming in the market with MN. Initially the valuation and returns both are significantly high and you only make decent income if you set up an MN in a day or two after the launch.

Market trading is pretty thin right now as there isn't a lot of available supply. The PoW reward just halved and it seems like the masternode stakers are holding all the time. Trying to buy enough to get a node, but tough to accumulate enough for one. It keeps bubbling up and down though, so getting some good buys in on the dips. Just want one before it starts to take off. Discord is really active with the devs and help, which I like to see.
Just spoke to the lead dev on the project and belive this one is headed for greatness. They definitely listen to and rely on the community for ideas. They also are interested in differentiating the coin and not just being another MN coin... they made a long-term bagholder out of me!

1.Send tx cointaining collateral in 1 tx to new address.
2. Generate masternode privkey throught console 'masternode genkey'
3. Get masternode output tx id and index throught console 'masternode outputs'
4. lines to be added to .conf file:
port=
masternode=1
masternodeaddr=IP:PORT
masternodeprivkey=
5. save .conf, reboot wallet and wait 15 confirms on collateral.
6. Create MN thorugh GUI and start it.
That's all, If You have any experience with MNs it won't net you any troubles

How many rewards have you guys gotten so far?
I only got ZERO while some others got 4.
Check if Your ports are for sure open and listening, and if You have separate port for rpcuser and mn.I only got ZERO while some others got 4.

Also You specify port 44700 for Your MN and then using 44740 to connect?
