The "workaround" if you are having trouble getting the wallet to startup: restart it. Seriously, it worked fine after a restart.
If that doesnt work for you, you can copy the blockchain files from the download link for the win wallet into your data dir. The win wallet download includes a blockchain folder.

This will be so cool, I'm very supportive of cheese in all of it's campy forms, great work cheesedevs. FYI if you compile the wallet for linux, you will see the same problem at first boot. The workaround worked for me.

Some people are weird, all they want to tag some good efforts as scam, pump & dump. come on guys, read what is written and understand what this small community is doing to help people. Even if you're not keeping the gains, you should let the rest of us share PoS rewards because yours will be burned anyways.
Swap is taking place any time by tomorrow so only staking of Cheese Coins are by those who are currently mining it. Neither of Dev or Core Team is involved in Staking or Mining.
Why us (the Team members want to stake our self) we can just take away those premined and be gone!!!
it is a fair coin against a Dead coin then it is upto coin holders what they wanna do. Stake it or Dump it. We have just started and will make our ways in upcoming days. Need all your support and comments in right direction. Even criticism will take us to a better solution
