I gave up cinnicoin and dumped my 400k cinni above 12k sat a month ago, now it turns out to be a right choice because it is 1800 sat now, now I invest vootcoin, it will be next BC, VRC, XC, maybe surpass them Tongue

Maybe your problem is a/some file/s in the %APPDATA%\CinniCoin folder, try this :
1) backup your wallet.dat in safe place
2) delete %APPDATA%\CinniCoin
3) Launch CinniCoin-qt
4) Just wallet is open, close your wallet
5) Restore your wallet.dat into %APPDATA%\CinniCoin
6) Copy bootstrap.dat file into %APPDATA%\CinniCoin
7) Launch CinniCoin-qt and wait import is finished

Let me know if works for you

For some reason now that it's sync'd I am short +-1100 CINNI.

Try restarting the wallet. One of my wallets yesterday shows it has 99k coins after stake but there was only 89k. After restarting it a few times it self corrected.

In any wallet to rescan the block chain for missing wallet transactions you can use -rescan option.
CinniCoin-qt -rescan
