I spend a lot of time for their bounty, from phase 1 untill phase 2. It's useless to develop projects by scam, your project will not bring benefits. even now Clout is almost worthless now, price is very low, no recent update about on the project, bounty was not paid, you ask question on telegram you don't get any definite answer about if payment will be made or not, it is very painful to work for such a long time with your resource yet no payment, the founder and team don't care either, such a sad situation

But I think that developers should be more serious about their project. This is their reputation and trust in the community, and this is important for the project. If they do continue, we need to know about any terms.

Oh, how, they are expensive The increase in the number of scams, discourages the investors from the projects at the initial stage of development. At the very beginning, unfortunately, it is difficult to see the red flags. A new, safe way of ICO is needed. It became too much.
Even bounty that was promised May 15th has been postponed to a latter date again from the very original date that was given during the campaign process, bounty participants have waited long months to get paid, but always get postponed, i really feel sorry for investors, all i put was my effort, still really sucks altogether.
This project is a scam which is run by a scammer. If you lost money in this scam ICO, I suggest you seek recourse.
