They had potential but previous they faced some problems with their ICO and now they came back with necessary action to develop the product in quality way. So did they announce when they are going to start their ICO?

i think this thing impact negative on the project and its progress. and also some contributors gone

The project is good, the teams are professional, there is always progress in every activity.
Pre iconya has been completed but for the implementation of ico was delayed some time because their project on a scam accused.
But all of the teams had worked hard to improve the situation and eventually ico has been going on including to join the bounty campaign.
Because there is still confidence of the clout, I see a lot of bounty and contributor participants joining the project.
