As far as i know you can buy COB coin on etherdelta, mercatox and decentrex. You can see this information on coinmarketcap, but seem big volume come from etherdelta exchange. For wallet i more prefer to using myetherwallet as online wallet

If I remember correctly, accourding to their white paper; they are using a 5/8 multisig hardware wallet that is distributed all over the world.

In simple terms, 8 people who are all in different parts of the world have a key to the safe with all the cash, at least 5 of these people are required to open the safe together in order to process a mutually agreed transaction. This means it is incredibly hard to hack, and even if a number of people were to be compromised it would still be impossibe to steal money.
