Yes it is a slower process than we thought.
And we are looking at ways of speeding it up.
We have an idea for a new process.
We hope to test it out very soon.
We'll keep you updated.
Thanks for the feedback and being part of the conversation!

For now we are in the untracked category.
Updates are manual but not often.
To buy coins we need to speak to the project owners or devs so the best is a connection.
We then announce on those channels to the coin holders.
At the moment it is still one coin at a time.
We're looking at options for a much larger list but at the moment we announce on the coin's social channels and telegram.

I understand now why the process is a lil bit slow.
As you need to contact with the respective devs first for a specific dead coin.
And most of the time, the devs of those dead coins are hiding or running away or don't want to be contacted.
Especially those that deceived their users, and rip their investors' money.
So yeah, your work is bit difficult here and challenging.
Maybe you can look for another option how to serve fast your clients here?

We have been added to CMC.
We're also looking to launch something to help speed up the buyout process.
We'll post more info soon.

Who will update the info in CMC as your coin is still Untracked Listing category?
Also, if you can have the list of dead tokens that you are willing to buy, that would be great.
Or it is still the same process, filling up the form and you will reply if you will buy it or not?
What are your considerations to buy dead tokens?

We've had some email server issues the last few days.
This should be resolved but if you emailed us over the weekend, we didn't get the email. Please reach out to us. Thank you and our apologies

CoinJanitor is a great project and the concept is definitely much needed in the exchange space today.

A couple questions for the CoinJanitor team:

1. How long the team can operate with the funds you raised in the ICO?

2. How many people that currently are working full-time on the project?

3. How big is your budget for future exchange listings? Do you plan to list on a bigger exchange than SouthExchange in the future?

The RxEAL swap rate has been adjusted from 500 rxl to1 JAN to 100 rxl to 1 JAN.
This has been done based on an ongoing discussion with our community and the rxeal holders who lost significant amounts in the project and are asking for help in recouping wherever possible.
We are not always able to adjust swap rates but we are trying to accommodate the holders where we can.
Follow the discussion or give us your opinion on our telegram group.
We welcome any and all feedback.

CoinJanitor has always believed in Bitcoin first.
We still do.
All roads lead back to Bitcoin.
That's why cleaning up altcoins is so important.
