People look at this, there are not many (500 early adopters) that are mostly old members that already have seen a lot in cryptoworld and most of them will likely hold long also even buy more right now and later (I did so). Also soon there will be multipool that will drive the price higher very easily. So I think it is really pretty good opportunity to buy now as much as you can before the price explosion that will cover the sky around our crypto wild west.

i am quite old and active member too. Didn't get any comms yet.

I have no idea why, you should contact to dev.

quite weird if you ask me. even the shills here are getting their coins. A few pages back. A guy bragged how his shill accounts got coins

This is really strange.  All this buzz has generated a buying frenzy for this cheap coin that is being dumped on the exchanges.  Even at those cheap prices it's generating a lot of btc.  I hope this ends well.  I'll just leave it at that.

I've been advised to publicly share my experience with the community to prevent others from going through a similar experience.

Last night I agreed to purchase 1 million COMM for 0.2 BTC from 'SANBASHIYI'.  Having read very positive reviews from senior members who'd done business with SANBASHIYI I made the mistake of not using an escrow service.  Everything went smoothly and SANBASHIYI even acknowledged receiving the funds.  His last reply was "OK WAIT A MINUTE"...then he was gone.

The unfortunate reality is that people are willing to sell their reputations and good name for what in the big picture is an insignificant amount.

To minimize this loss I've asked Community Coin's developer if he would consider sending me SANBAYISHI's second round coins.  Either way I've come away from this experience appreciating the culture of Community Coin so much more.

It's experiences like this which make us 1000X stronger and wiser.

wow sad to see that. that is worth 2M comms right? Hope the community can donate some to you.

Appreciate the support.  It was worth 1M COMM....he was selling at 20 satoshi each.
20 sat is well below market price... you know what we used to say: when it is too good to be true... well you know the end...

He'd sold to other members and was highly rated before last night.

Well said !

Early last year I was trading on the BTC talk threads (from Feathercoin through dozens of others). At the outset, I was scammed many, many times, but I just pushed on regardless...and I am glad I did !

Live and learn : the CryptoCurrency space is a Brave New World. .. We are starting COMM off on a good base of Founder Members, many of whom well understand the nature of this revolution. There will always be knaves, thieves and argumentative people (this is a pretty public space, after all)... COMM is aiming to exclude them as much as possible in the early stages.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.  You're absolutely right...CryptoCurrency is a brave new world.  We are living through an incredible period of time and are very lucky to be part of this paradigm shift.

So many people sold their COMM on the exchanges.  It makes it look like they just wanted the free COMM and not to be part of this community.  I think it's best to hold and let this develop.  I am not part at this time so I have to buy COMM on the exchange.

Makes little sense to sell COMM right now. We don't even have the multipool up yet. Some people have no patience. This coin is going to do big things, especially if we can get it on MintPal.

I think Sock puppets sell right now - price doesn´t matter ....  i hate them
All we can do right now is to buy them up. Thanks to strict rules to get free Communitycoins, there can't be too many of them. I've got over 220k COMM's out of the weak hands already. Just 10 minutes ago 120k from poloniex at 115 satoshis.

Why i´m not on this list?  http://ecoiner.org/communitycoin/2nd-round-raw-list-1684/#post8020

I spread the word, helping community, spent coins,.. so what?

btw. I ve got kids so i can´t be here every second....

Even i am not on the list, is this the final list?

Yes, I doubt if it is not the final list.
I donated, voted, and spread as I can, and I'm not on the list also.

Is there a bias against to the early stakeholders?  I'm one of the earliest stakeholder.  I know one of my friend is also one of the earliest stakeholders.  Unfortunately, we both are not on this 2nd round list.  Sad. We don't know what's wrong.

I saw the second stage of the list, but, I submit the application today is that I have no chance.

The initial stage of distribution is over and I am afraid that you can not apply anymore.
But you still can buy cheap, I did and it doesn't hurt Wink
