Thanks for all your comments  Grin.
Added 32Bit version, hashrate is same- but maybe it will be more stable(?).

Update: coolMiner-v1.3 32Bit & 64Bit!

Regarding Linux- I asked for help bit got none  Cry, If you know how to edit the compile options so the binary could be shared and work on multiple systems- I will be happy to try and recompile, the Default build scripts on ccminer only works on the compiler PC, so I need help to modify them so you could also run it, Thanks in Advance!.

Where is the -help file for coolminer v1.3?
I cannot set the stratum difficulty in the command line using any known commands.
Pool always reverts to 1 as  a starting point!

-p c=(coin),d=(difficulty) should do it but it doesn't.
Also tried --diff (difficulty) and it doesn't work either.

Mining on BSOD (yiimp pool). Any help here?

No problem with static difficulty on angrypool, I don’t know why on bsod you can’t set it ...

What driver version you are using? my miner should be min 5% better, for comparison 1070 @ 2025Mhz should give you 1950Kh/s, on 1080TI on stock (1987Mhz)I get 3350Khs on ccminer 2.2.5 vs 3550+ on coolMiner.
P.S- I think the 1070Ti is the main winner here, 1080 performance level with lower power, I think it's the best GPU for price/performance/multi use(ETH+GPU intensive algos) for Lyra2z.
398.18, and it was actually 1-10% better performance; the 1060s benefit from this.

Damn man Titan V is really good. I have 2x 1080ti and 1x 1070 and consume like 400+ watts while doing 9mh total speed.

Thats why i asked for cuda 9.1 version, too much problems with cuda 9.2. I'm not interested in small bumps in speed for one algo - reliability is more important for me. Developer said no.

+1
drivers with 9.2 cuda causing problems , can we get cuda 9.1 version so we can use more stable drivers.

This miner sorely needs better Linux support. You should package dependencies in your executable or use an older, more stable dependency so it works for more people without issue.

Hi,

I have 900 x 1080ti and I tried all the linux version of the miner in this thread and all would give me "illegal instruction" when I run them.
I's using HiveOS and cude 9.2 is installed.

Could you please contact me on Discord ?  This would be very appreciated.

Thanks

This miner is not working on Linux. I have tried it many times on HiveOS with different combinations CUDA

Dear Miners :-),
I would like to share with you my modified version of ccminer 2.2.5 with improved lyra2z kernels,
I see that there is many new coins for this algo and since the hot summer is near there is no better "Eco" algo like lyra2z.
So I called it the -"coolMiner" :-).
This miner should have all ccminer options and you can use it on any pool or lyra2z coin u like - no limits!.
Please use the latest nVidia drivers to get the full speed from the miner!

Update: coolMiner-v1.3 !
Applied the suggested fix by JackIT to "Fix slow start in multi gpu-rigs".

Important Update: Please Update to coolMiner-v1.2!
Now it based on latest ccminer by tpruvot@github instead of brian112358@github fork, This should solve the miner crash issue.
Please be noted, NiceHash EU servers are not 100% stable and sometimes can't get work!, use USA server instead.

https://file.fm/f/meham7f6

Update:  Please update the miner to v1.1 because the first version had connection problems to Nicehash EU stratum from different areas and got stuck "retry after 5 seconds".
The new v1.1 version  will mine on Angrypool when switching to Dev Pool Dudes pool on the Fee time.
Also the CYCLE_TIME  between pool changes increase like you asked.
Please let me know if there is any more problems.

Download:
New Version V1.1 - Now supports "-p stats" to  submit your results to yiimp pools :-) :

.bat file for reference:
Code:
coolMiner-x64 -a lyra2z -o stratum+tcp://angrypool.com: -u -p -i 19  --hide-diff

coolMiner Specs:
  • Compiled with Cuda9.2, 64-bit.
  • Compiled for nVidia Gpu's with SM_52/SM_61/SM_70 (Maxwell-Pascal-Volta).
  • Max-GPU support increased to 20!.
  • Stale share bug fixed.
  • Lyra2z miner only.

Benchmark resaults:
1080Ti - 3,750KH/s @2075Mhz core.
1070TI - 2,400KH/s @1987Mhz core (2,500 KH/s+ should be no problem with better OC).
1070 - 1,950KH/s @2025Mhz core (2,000 KH/s+ should be no problem with better OC).

1070 and 1070Ti:

I only got those cards, I would like you to share your resaults on other cards too :-).

Cool Tip to save power!:
You can Limit the max Core voltage of the GPU with MSI afterburner by pressing: "ctrl+f" and then you will see new window with your cards Frequency/Voltage graph:
https://s15.postimg.cc/d6osd2vwb/MSIAB_ctrl-f.jpg
Then you can click on the graph on the desired voltage and click "ctrl-l" and then the apply button on the MSI afterburner:
https://s15.postimg.cc/s2nbkof0r/MSIAB_ctrl-_L.jpg
Then you will see the Core voltage drops and this way you can drop the power usage:
https://s15.postimg.cc/nymcrxizv/MSIAB_ctrl-_L-950m_V.jpg
You can play with it and adjust the core clock and achieve the max clock/voltage for better efficiency- do it with small steps so you will not crash the display driver :-)

I hope you will support and accept the 1% dev fee- let's call it "dude fee"  Wink, I prefer to support the community and not just sell it to "Big-Farms" ;-).

The Linux build made by installing fresh ubuntu :

Folowing this tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdWr9pB5p_Q
And using those dependencies:
https://github.com/KlausT/ccminer/wiki/How-to-create-binaries-under-Ubuntu-Linux

I have tested it on single 1080Ti and it worked, so please test it and confirm that it works for you too(I am new to Linux sry).
