Technologies of defrosting process are still on development stage, the brain will be actually stored and then transplanted to the most convenient and properly matching body.

400 is the amount not only for people, but also for animals. These people are, kind of, transhumanism followers which are partially thinking in prolonging their lives in order to see what happens there and become even better persons by using futuristic much more developed technology. Wink
