Try moving a smaller amount of coins. Also, are all your coins in one address? If so and they are staking then they wont be able to be sent until the stop staking. I think. Maybe the dev can chime in here though

I sent enough for a mn to another wallet on another machine. The wallet accepts coins coming in, small and large but on the way out I either get the above msg or the transaction just won't confirm. Terrible timing for this to happen. 13k coins neither staking nor on the market :/

I've got that error myself on a few other coins. Not this one though. It always happened because I tried to send to many coins out in at once from the same wallet addy.
Try moving 1000 coins and see what happens.

People just looking at the dumbot action on C-Cex and think that is what measures the merit of this coin. No one in this thread seems to have the know how to actually make a beta wallet and test it out themselves, including myself. Ugh, I am baffled on how to compile the beta wallet on ubuntu. It's on a branch, not main. Looks like this is going to take hours trying to figure out with google. Don't want to compile and find out that I just compiled the release we have now and not the beta. Got to go to bed now and I'll be busy all weekend, so don't have the time. Sad
